Was hoping for a little more choice at breakfast. The fruit offered were bananas, and they were on the brown side. Not an apple or orange, available and no yogurt or hard-boiled egg. But you could have toast or a bagel and the cereal was frosted flakes and corn flakes.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Everything is close to the hotel, which made it very handy & nice.

I think the price was high for this accommodation. $110 Is more appropriate for older building in the month of April (off-season ) in Muskoka

Friendly Staff, great location right off highway and across from a gas station, Starbucks, a strip plaza and few restaurants. Rooms were a great size and nicely renovated and clean. Had a larger sized mini fridge(loved that) and beds were super comfortable.

Breakfast is just basic - bread,banana,muffins, juice, tea coffee.Could have been better- must have included eggs or sausage at least. Quite noisy heater unit.

Facilities, staff , location were awesome! Room was kept neat and clean. Had all essential amenities . Free parking and free Wi-Fi. Value for money.

Stay was great. Just not the meal. Breakfast needed protein. No hot food(eggs nor bacon), no yogurt. No boiled eggs (sometimes cold boiled eggs are available). Available was toast,bagels, two kinds of cold cereal, juice, coffee, instant oatmeal(no nuts or brown sugar), oranges.

Never had breakfast so no comment there, coffee in room provisions are lacking, decor tired and dated, TV blurry and especially hard to get working as I needed assistance the first of two times....) air conditioning horrible!! (..would've been great if more control over air flow but blocking it with pillows helped.) Beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable and everything seemed very clean. Not very sound proof rooms. We heard lots of commotion from about 3am onward. To be honest it met my expectations as I knew it wasn't luxury accommodations when booking but it's way overpriced for what you offer. David was very helpful and patient with me to get my tv working but I felt like someone at the front desk should've said something more upon departure; maybe could've asked how my stay was instead of just taking key cards and saying thanks. Thank you, I'm just being honest and we will likely be staying again as everything else around is extremely unaffordable. So please take this as constructive criticism only as overall our stay was fine, as was expected.

The breakfast was very basic and still enough for very early mornings:) but what we would suggest is to add more colours to the walls (pics off muskoka sightings?) and music in the room. It will make breakfast so much better;) thanks!

It’s good value for money. Pretty simple and outdated, but clean and convenient place for Muskoka adventures. The great advantage for us-they are dog friendly!

The breakfast room was VERY far from the lobby, needs to be more central. Breakfast needs to be restocked more for supplies. Bathroom walls needed a wipe down.

It was comfortable and relatively clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great with shopping and dining near by. Good value for the money. Would stay again.

Value for money!! The rooms were spacious and had everything we wanted for a good night's sleep and stay as we explored the Muskoka region. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee and tea maker, 2 paper cups. Towels, basic toiletries and tissues were provided. No closet but hangers and a space to hang up clothes was appreciated. Breakfast was again basic but enough for us to fuel up before heading out for the day. Bagels, toast, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, cream cheese, juice, tea and coffee was enough for us. There's also a vending machine on the premises. We brought our own snacks. Staff was helpful and provided us with extra towels, water bottles and band aids for my son when we asked. Location was fantastic!! 3 min to Gull Lake Park which has a diving platform that kids loved. Under 30 min drive to Bracebridge and Arrowhead Provincial Park. Close to amenities and convenience stores. Must try Pizzas from Pizza One down the road.
