Rooms were slightly outdated and the pillows on the bed were very thin. The underground parking was extremely tight to get in and out of and I could barely fit my truck in through the doors

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean overall. Bed was quite comfortable

Place is ok, but we chose their underground parking, which was like $33 per night because the area was sketchy and addicts roaming around. The distance between the sink and toilet. You had to get up to grab the tissue. Also, the tiles in the shower feel dirty. There is no microwave in the room.

Did not mention the $32 per day parking fee on booking.com web site. They are struggling to keep the place going probably due to the times. Bed sheet had a hole in it. Stains on the window partition beside the bed. The window shade was damaged and barely worked. Windows on the street level are all broken and boarded up. Restaurant barely functioning. No breakfast buffet at this time like the pictures suggested. The hotel was cheaper than the other hotels in the area probably to accommodate the deficiencies noted. It’s a quick $10 uber ride to all the good restaurants in the downtown area or a 10 to 15 min walk.

The restaurant food was sub-par as some of the meals were really not edible. ordered chicken cordon and it was tough and really not good at all. Also had a burger and the patty was good, but the bun was terrible and was previously frozen and dry and hard. told the waitress but nothing was changed, or nothing acknowledge by kitchen. waitress was nice and pleasant and not here fault. Underground parking is poorly designed and honestly, I think from a safety standpoint it would fail due to the dangerous entrance and exit points.

Price was fair. Rooms were clean and well decorated. location was ok but not the best neighborhood. it was close to hockey arena which was convenient. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. building is very nicely designed. good location for coming into downtown and exiting.

Parkade entrance should be changed to one large door. Exit and entrance with Ford F150 is crazy tight. Not a great set up at all

I found the bed and pillows too firm, however these are truly personal preferences.

Convenient location, safe parking location in underground parking lot, though it is very tight parking and recommend a smallish vehicle. Staff was very friendly. Loved the shampoo/cream rinse brand in the shower. I appreciated the keurig coffee maker and fridge in the room.

Tight entry and exit to parking lot....and a big detriment...the pool has been out of commission since September. That indicates that whatever the problem is...no one is doing anything to rectify the situation...I think that that shoes complacency

Being a Hilton branded hotel I expected to have a hot shower in the morning yet it was cold. I informed front desk and a maintenance guy that was there talking about other people that had the same issue. Being it's on a recirculation loop I don't understand how I wasn't able to have a hot shower.

The convenient location for me to get a new passport was excellent.

I would say that the upkeep of the hotel was a bit off. The style of the rooms wasn't my favorite, but that's just my preference.
