The hotel is a bit rowdy: children jumping and screaming in neighbouring rooms and guests hollering to each other in the corridors. Only two elevators, which are also used by housekeeping staff, resulting in very long waits. The view was of the car park. No shower gel in the bathroom. Ongoing construction work.

However, there were several issues. There was no breakfast provided, and its two elevators were insufficient for servicing the 10 floors and the number of rooms and guests in the hotel. When we called reception at 11 PM asking for two bottles of water, we were told it was not possible as they didn't provide room service at that hour.Furthermore, despite informing them during check-out that we would return after the eclipse and were willing to pay the additional fees for a late check-out, the hotel repeatedly called to inquire about our departure time. It was only when we explicitly mentioned coordinating with their colleague in the morning and agreeing to pay the extra charges that the calls stopped. It seemed there was a lack of communication and coordination among the staff across shifts.Ultimately, during the final check-out, the hotel manager waived the late check-out fee, acknowledging the high price we had paid for a one-night stay.

Our room, number 901, boasted a beautiful view of Niagara Falls and the street, perfect for witnessing the 2024 eclipse during our brief one-night stay. Despite being on the ninth floor, the noise from the street and various activities (especially the go-kart track) was quite bothersome. The room was delivered for check-in a bit earlier than usual, and it was very clean, tidy, and spacious.

Parking zone was extra and it was full but however they have extra parking zone outside the hotel, close to hotel.

We kept finding ants in our towels even when the house keeper brought new ones. I found someone elses brush on the floor from previous booking. Hair in the shower. The sound proofing wasn't ideal. We could hear people talking and kids yelling in the room beside us.

The tv didn't work. Parking costs 15 or 25 cad per night (depending on where you park).

Obviously, the bathtub and sink are not clean, the cleaning lady should have cleaned them by professional cleaner and scrubbed carefully.

The elevators are extremely busy, unfinished/on-going construction, musky smell in the room, no microwave ( must pay to request one). No kettle but we managed.
