Not blaming the hotel but kids were running the halls until 1am, more of a parents issue Imo, maybe work on sound proofing the doors a bit more is all i can suggest.

During busy times, the wait for the elevator was sometimes 10 minutes.

The hotel was clean and in an excellent location- very close to Clifton Hill. The check-in process was quick and smooth. Antonio was very accommodating and graciously upgraded our room and gave us free parking due to an issue at check-in. The pool and hot tub were clean and frequently checked by staff.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean and the rooms very neat. Location was excellent and perfect for a family. Located right across the street from the go-karts and other activities. Would highly recommend. Everything is within walking distance.

Lots of unfinished touches inside on floor 1... Temporary signage, paint not completed. The pool on the basement level is very small.

Perfect location to Clifton Hill & the falls of course. My family & I enjoyed our stay. With the hotel being under renovation we found it to be no problem at all. It was very clean & the staff were very polite. Most importantly it was affordable for the times we are in & we recommend it to anyone!

The wifi was basically non existent, although that could be because of the construction going on. It would not stay connected for more than 5 min at a time.

Super clean and room was beautiful and well lit. Very close to all the attractions, could walk to them. Had fun in the pool.

You can hear the noise from the hallway, so if you're a light sleeper it makes sleeping not as comfortable. However, we were also close to the elevators.

The location is absolutely perfect...it's right in the middle of all attractions, so no need to use your car. The rooms and general facilities were very clean despite the renovations happening. The hotel staff and even the construction crew were very nice. They handled our requests immediately and always had a smile on their face. Our family has been coming to this hotel for a few years and will continue to do so.

Was on a higher floor and the water pressure was very low, had the hot water all the way up and not very hot . Nice pool but the hot tub had a lot of foam in it and a black line of filth lining the tub.

Parking. We have to pay extra for their off site parking. And its like 5-8 mins walk from the hotel. It’s kind iof hard if you have kids with you

When we arrived There was water on the bathroom floor from the shower. The water leaks under the glass door. We switched rooms. Rough bath towels, and very wrinkly sheets. That needs updated to get better hotel reviews and business.

the toilet on the 8th floor had problem with flushing, the window were so dirty, we couldn’t enjoy the awesome view we had to the fullest (but its understandable that constructions were going on the site)

The hotel was prestine! We arrived very early in the day, hoping we could just use the parking as we were going on a wine tour. They allowed check-in at 9am! The pool area was well maintained. Was a great location and stay! Will definitely return.

Our room location is facing on the nearby building establishment. You cannot see much on your sorrounding. But all in all, it was great. We'll still be back tho.
