The parking garage is kind of too far from the apartment.

The place is super clean and cheerful! It is not too far from town. We timed our trips into Old Town so that we could park on the west side of the apt building, leaving before 9:30 am. The apartment is like an oasis at the end of a busy touring day!

The parking location was a bit far. It's about a 15-20min walk from the apartment. It's not fun when it's 1.5 degrees outside! There was no shampoo, only soap. Cooking oil would have been nice to have. These are all minor setbacks, and I'm glad we stayed here. I would stay here again if we ever came back.

The location is new, and there are facilities nearby, a nice bakery, a restaurant and a takeout pizza across the street. It's also within walking distance to a drugstore. The location is within driving distance to a nearby grocery store. The place was spacious enough for our family of 4.

The location is not that good, especially for a family, it's more of a business kind of location. Parking was a bit far but it was ok. The getting in and general instruction from the owner were overwhelming. We've managed but I can see How some people who do not use these apartments often will get confused.

One of the best setups of a property. They thought of everything and It was well organized. The beds were very comfortable.

It is a bit far from the old city, you have to climb up the hill, both bedrooms face the street, it was quite noisy at night.

Very clean, fresh, great mattresses, laundry at the apartment, easy check-in and check-out.

Parking lot is not included in the building. It is a 6 minute walk from the building, theoretically. But QC traffic is terrible, which would make the walking and driving 15 minutes if unlucky when waiting for traffic lights. Driving is terrible in QC. This is not a negative thing about the place. And I tried to follow the owner's instruction to submit the photo of my keys after I left. Booking.com doesn't allow photo uploading, and the owner didn't give me an email I can send my photos to, so I am not sure what to do. But the owner might be too busy to reply my messages.

Lots of supplies (paper, dishes, stove, cups, body wash). Everything works. Very comfortable stay.

The parking wasnt the best, we had 2 vehicles and the parking was just for 1 and a 6 minute walk, luckily there was parking on the side of building but you didnt know if there was a spot or not

The parking was far from the unit, must return to the unit to hand back the parking note.

The unit was new up grade, clean and comfortable for 5 ( one stayed on the sofa bed.

We are family of 4 adults, and we so loved this apartment. It is very new and clean, fully equipped with all sort of appliances. There are so many plates, cutleries and cups, as well as coffee pods, we could have really good self-cooked breakfast every morning. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living which happens to be the same as what we have at our own home. Our family actually squeezed into the soft bed together at night and watched some Disney+ movies, great fun. There are enough bedding prepared, as well as a baby cot (though we didnt need it of course). The location of the apartment is great too, we could actually walk to the old town in 30mins. Anyway, loved it totally, would choose to stay there again if we return to Quebec city.

Careful about parking on snow days. we got towed in the main parking lot even though the sign said we could park! We didn’t know there was another sign, as it was 5 meters away from the main sign. It said that if it was blinking you couldn’t park! It would have been nice if the property had mentioned this since they do provide detailed information about where to park.

Our stay at INITIAL / ARTWOOD / Centre-ville de Quebec was marred by a series of concerning incidents that left us deeply dissatisfied. Upon check-in, we were appalled by the substandard hygiene conditions of the room. The living room furniture was coated in dirt and grime, while the beds in both rooms were riddled with stains, unidentified substances, and what appeared to be blood and bodily fluids. Despite promptly notifying the landlord of these issues, our initial request for compensation for the first night's accommodation, which was marred by these hygiene issues, was regrettably denied. Furthermore, our discomfort escalated when we returned from a trip to Quebec City the following day to find someone in the room. This blatant invasion of privacy was extremely alarming and unsettling for me and my family. It was distressing to learn that the landlord had allowed a cleaning team to enter our space without our consent or phone calls notification, using the room's password without consulting us. Overall, the lack of accountability, communication, and respect for our privacy exhibited by the landlord during our stay has left us profoundly disappointed. We urge the property platform to thoroughly vet hosts and prioritize guest safety and satisfaction. Our experience serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the importance of transparent communication and adherence to privacy standards in the hospitality industry.
