My only unmet desire was for there to be laundry facilities on site as we had been tavelling around the island for 2 weeks. Dry cleaning was too expensive for our needs.

Location was awesome! Our family of four walked to shops and restaurants easily.

The view of our room could have been better or it should be better described. We had a view on a part of the harbour, but it was not what we expected.

The hotel is located at the Inner Harbour of Victoria. We could easily reach all the attractions of Victoria by foot. The personnel of the hotel was very friendly at any time and we found our room and the hotel itself very clean.

It was a little confusing getting to the room as the door numbers seemed to jump into a different hall. And the bathroom, more specifically the shower, didn't have the best lighting. But it was a very enjoyable experience so those pale in comparison to everything else.

The room was excellent, great view and lots of space. The venue was very nice and the staff amazing. When my bank was having issues they were very kind and patient while they helped me resolve it.

Booking.com rate was $30 more than front desk rate, will call hotel first next time Hotel was pet friendly though pet room was bit rough compared to others. Overall great location to walk to downtown. Staff very nice. Parking was good.

Gorgeous view, clean rooms, caring staff. We traveled with the dog and hotel even supplied us with little treat , poop bags, bowls and dog mat in the room! Wonderful!

Wish there was a binder in room showing what was in the hotel and where things were located like the Ice machine etc.

Location was great being next to Ferry terminal. Room was tidy and clean.

The only slight issue arose at breakfast when we were told we couldn’t use our own tea bags - this decision was subsequently changed.

Room was clean, spacious and had a great view across the harbour. W were on the ground floor so privacy could have been slightly better as we were adjacent to the harbour walkway but this wasn’t too much of an issue.

We had the last room in the wing which we could only see partial view. No coffee table provided and we requested one, no show. My friend's room has a coffee table. The pool is small. Little disappointed about these two issues.

It is located in a stellar part of the city and affords access to a very nice waterside park. The staff was very nice and incredibly helpful. They even brought a dog bed for our pooch. The only knock we have is that the restaurant is not dog friendly, despite the presence of an outside patio. Other than that it was a delightful stay.

Location was not far from downtown Victoria. Easily walkable along the harbour. Very close to fishermans warf. Staff very very friendly. The only problem i had was the balcony was quite small, not big enough for a chair to sit and enjoy the evening or morning.

The location is great--close to downtown but removed enough for a bit mor quiet. Room was generic but comfortable and had an excellent view of the harbour. The staff are the stand-out, though. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be my first choice for next visit.

Wish the room balconies were a little bigger so you could have a couple chairs outside.

Great location. Lots to see and do. Could walk everywhere. Amazing views of the water. Loved watching the seaplanes!
