Nothing in particular, the access from the parking lot could be straight to the lobby if that is structurally possible, but that is only if I am to find a fault. The facility is great, staff is amazing, the rooms are nice.

the view from our room was phenomenal. the room itself was very spacious yet all the space was well used by including space to work and lounge. The staff was very kind and friendly and greeted us with a smile every time. Would definitely stay again.

The room was small, the furniture was chipped and had the quality of a motel 6. They are very tired looking and the vents were very unclean.. It didn’t meet our expectations.

The Laurel wing is very dated and tired. Website offers “book in advance for best prices”. The very same room, same wing was available on bookings.com at nearly 200 GBP less on the day of check in. Definitely not worth 538 GBP for 2 nights.

This buildings location is its usp. Reception a decade rooms are safe old. 2 star hotel like. It's location is good. One feels cheated for paying so much for such chappy room just because location is awesome.

Bathroom - very dated. Signs of steam damage. Shower and bathtub are small. Tub is unusably small.

Nothing ..it was perfection

The check in....so friendly and welcoming.. the location is breathtaking and affordable. The room , the view., the soap, lotions, nespresso...this was a last minute booking to treat myself..and i felt i was at a resort annd was treated like a special guest. I have told my friends and will highly recommend

Lack of effort from the staff about the occasion that I’ve shared with them long time ago when I made my reservation. For the amount of money that I paid for this hotel, it’s disappointing. No courtesy bottled water in the room when we arrived.

Location is very good! Centrally located and easy walking distance to inner harbor.

I could not get the coffee machne to work...

The view of the inner harbor was spectacular. Great fun watching all the water activity from our balcony. The location was exceptional. We were close to key sites and activities, and the water taxis and Victoria Clipper dock. Victoria is a great walking city. After excursions, we enjoyed the peaceful setting of the Inn in our most comfortable room. Having a sofa and a chair was an added bonus.

No coffee table provided cause a bit inconvenience for us.I requested to get one but the front desk girl told us our room was small. But my friends booked the same type of room, they have a coffee table in their room.

I mean, it would be cool if the pool also had a hot tub but whatever, this place is a 10.

We didn’t want to leave it was so lovely here. The balcony and view of the harbor, the large comfortable room, the wide hallways, the delicious restaurant, the walking paths and convenient location to so much. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The value for the price simply isn't here..sadly The restaurant is in need of help...trying to be too complex and many items simply don't go...very expensive for the quality and experience...however the staff was spot on. No business center ( big disappointment) The pool is quite small and with no hot tub/sauna...didn't help this review..again the value isn't here. The rooms where recently remodeled but looked like it was done by undertalented contractor...(wholes in counter covered by cheap items...not a whole lot of detail/pride. I have seen much better fitness centers is people's homes...this was again a disappointment considering the price per night. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants more than a view and a bed.

Location is great...close to ports and downtown with pretty good views of the bay. For the most part the hotel is super clean. Major plus! Free parking
