- The room/property was super clean - Mary was very welcoming and quick to respond to messages - Breakfast was very good (including a hot option) and when we had to miss breakfast one day, due to an early departure, we were offered a packed breakfast consisting of pastries, hard boiled eggs and yogurt - The location was fantastic - within walking distance to everything and very quiet at night - Bed was comfortable, lots of hot water in shower

Location.. close to the harbour, excellent restaurants, downtown, historic sites. The inn itself… includes ramp entry for handicapped and two ground floor bedrooms, immaculate, excellent breakfast, including a hot entree, comfortable common room with tourist pamphlets and maps. The owner and staff… Mary is experienced in the hospitality industry. She is professional , thoughtful and welcoming. I was impressed with the housekeeping. There are two designated parking spots in front of the house and also spots available around the corner. I recommend The Inn unreservedly. Many thanks, Mary!!

Communication was challenging especially at breakfast time as English was not the host's first language. The music in the dining room sounded like elevator music. Everyone in the dining room could hear the owners talking loudly in the kitchen, especially the husband. The smell of bleach in the hallway every morning was very strong. Being woken up by traffic noise early in the morning every day. The guest in the next door room decided to make a noise which sounded like a ball being bounced on the floor during the evening when I was relaxing which disturbed 2 evenings out of my 4 night stay. I had to bang on the bathroom wall before the bouncing ball noise stopped.

Location was good, close to the waterfront and downtown, restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and clean and a kettle plus milk and tea/coffee were in my room upon request. There was a daily room cleaning service, if needed. There was a choice of both hot and cold breakfast foods.

The bed and pillows were not great . Bed wae quite hard TV chanels had no sports netwotk like TSN or Sportsnet.

Wish we could have stayed in PEI for longer!

The proprietor and her family were extremely personable, welcoming and helpful, even for special requests, and made delicious breakfasts every day. The rooms were spacious, super clean and very comfortable. Location was amazing, just a few blocks away from Queen Street, one block down from the waterfront, and one block down from the delicious Water Prince Corner Shop.

We thought everything about this place was excellent,the location was perfect for us.Basically right around the corner from downtown.Room was very clean and comfortable.Room has room darkening blinds along with curtains so we slept great.A nice breakfast was included and Mary was a wonderful hostess.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and all amenities we required. The breakfasts were the best we have had in our travels and so beautifully presented. Location perfect for walking into town and the view of the harbour was incredible.
