We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe only thing that could have been better would be to put in a ramp for the luggage cart out front and also in the back.
My husband and I are driving from CA to VT. This hotel is our new favorite. Clean, big rooms with Occitane shampoo / conditioner, super comfy beds, dog friendly, easy to walk to Centennial park, and lovely helpful staff. I give this hotel an 11 out of 10.

CanadaThe restaurant does not have an à la carte menu for breakfast. There is a buffet which was a standard one as in most hotels and it was $20.00 a person. The staff at the restaurant is also fabulous!
The location of this hotel is excellent. Right downtown Sarnia close to many restaurants and of course the famous Imperial Theatre Sarnia. There is always a show playing.

CanadaFood from the restaurant was mediocre. Didn’t feel the neighborhood was great and there wasn’t a secure garage, so I ended up having to unpack everything from the car because I was concerned about a break in. Most importantly, there are stairs both at front and back to get into the hotel (no ramp), so it is not accessible and you can’t bring a luggage trolley to the car.
Beautifully renovated with very nice fixtures and decor. Very helpful and kind staff.

CanadaThe buffet breakfast was $18 a person and sadly I would say the food was not that good. The pancakes were hard around the outsides and the scrambled eggs with cheese was kinda rubbery.
The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Parking is free.
