It was in a beautiful location. The food was really good in the restaurants. The people were nice.

Unfortunately, the food was mediocre but that doesn’t put me off staying!

The scenery was mind blowing. The beds were so comfortable- best I’ve ever stayed in. Staff we lovely. Room was clean & well kept. I love that it’s pet friendly! Pools looked great even though I didn’t get to use them. Great place!

There was not much place to park as the snow was not completely removed , so it blocked some spots that would have been available

Loved the beautiful surroundings , great property, mountains . Wonderful outdoor heated pool & jacuzzi . We were able to walk to the beautiful lake .

Kinda of annoying having to call for your car every time especially when you wanna run into town multiple times a day. That being being said the valet service was top notch!

I hoped for more view for my "lake view" room reservation and price. Other than that I don't have too many complaints - the location is amazing.

Room was small-ish. Bed was meh. I booked a room with a fireplace, but it was in a corner and not something you could sit in front of and enjoy. The location was great. The hot tub and pool were incredible. Breakfast was solid. The service was very good.

Dated rooms. Terrible parking. Room service food was below average. Kids playroom was awful. No toys. No effort put into it what so ever.

Our first room had a problem with no hot water. However the probelm was quicly remedied, as the staff quickly assigned us another room which was very close to the main lodge.

Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room had a nice ambience and was quiet. The staff were exceptional. We enjoyed our meals at Orso restaurant and wouldn’t hesitate to return. All in all a great stay.

We checked in late around midnight and I forgot to inform your front officer of my ALL Accor membership number. I emailed you later but I haven't got any reply at all yet. I asked Fairmont Lake Louise to do so but they said it must be done via original property only.

We stayed here at Jasper Park Lodge when she wasn't "Fairmont" yet some 30 years ago. The property has been well maintained and upgraded . The environment and the wildlife are still perfectly preserved. I still remember few deers knocking our lodge window decades ago but this time it is full herd of elks greeting us every morning. We can hear their voice rumbling in the mountains now and then. Walking at dawn along the lake to the golf course is very memorable. Even though the room is quite old-fashioned, it is still very practical and comfortable. I like your new Nespresso machine very much.

Our room was small and quite dark with no comfortable chairs. There was a table and two dining chairs but in comparison to other hotels we stayed at I would have expected more. The cost of breakfast which we had once was very expensive and unless you were big eaters not at all worth it. Similarly evening meals in the main restaurant were expensive and with limited choice. Given the shuttle didn't operate in the evening, we felt we were a bit of a captive market.

The location and grounds overlooking a large lake were stunning. There were plenty of walks and the gardens were beautifully maintained. There was also a shuttle bus to nearby Jasper which was useful.

The elk and geese were a nuisance, and no a/c. Neighbor smoked on the patio and it would waft into our room.

Although the bath has just been renovated - utility in the room is still limited. Food is so-so only- traditional breakfast is somewhat similar to buffet style. The burger at main hall is too hard not chewy. But then again, what to blame for good view

The view is epic- stayed for 2 nights and have seen it’s beauty during morning, evening and midday. Really spectacular. There’s a boathouse to rent boat across the lake. So tranquil. Hotel staff very friendly and helped us with luggage delivery.
