The room was small. On website mentioned that the coffee machine is available. However, there was no coffee capsules.

Location is convenient and walking distance to downtown and all restaurants and retail shops. Lady at the reception will assist you and advise nearest attractions and things to do.

The beds were really hard! Hot water ran out with 4 of us showering, even when there was time in between each.

This was a perfect location of us to walk to restaurants, shops and family. We had Room 38 with a great view of the mountains.

Nothing - the only hitch was the kettle cord was a bit short but that was minor!!

The room was clean, and looked as if it had just been renovated. The hotel is really close to town and within walking distance of everything. Lovely stay!

Lovely room located in the main lodge. Laundrette available on site for a small fee ($1.75 per wash/drying). Only a short walk from Jasper town centre (approximately 12mins). Staff was very helpful with providing us with change for the laundrette and changing a kettle when it wouldn’t work for us.

I found a number of long back hairs in the bed. Probably from the laundry.

Location was great as away from the railway line. The bedroom was compact and clean. Parking was close of the room and the staff helped with bags up the stairs.

Unfortunately, the property was still finishing construction of several new cabins adjacent to our balcony (now finished) which meant our balcony was not exactly a peaceful place to sit and admire the beautiful scenery. if this is a concern for you I would advise inquiring if your potential accommodation is near any construction as there are other cabins still being built on the site

our deluxe lodge room was spacious, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. being a 15 minute stroll from the centre of Jasper was just perfect to be out of the hustle & bustle of a popular tourist town.

The room was so small you couldn’t even fit your bags in the room and had to put your toiletries bag on the toilet top as the bathroom was tiny with no bench space at all. I felt very uncomfortable it was so small. The TV didn’t work very well and kept cutting in and out. Do not get room 35,36,37, or 38.

The lodge was beautifully appointed with very nice toiletry products, wine and water glasses and china cups. All the staff were lovely and very helpful.

We found a gem in Jasper. We enjoyed the spacious accommodation and loved how clean and well kept room was. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Small apartment upstairs.

Good location in Jasper. Centre of Jasper with restaurants and bars as well as shops within short walking distance. The apartment was very quiet. Parking directly in front of the building. Good place to start your day trips. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice.

The bathrooms need safety bars for showering. The current bathtubs are not designed for persons taking a shower.

The room had air conditioning which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were very quiet and convenient to restaurants. We also appreciated the assigned parking.

Both accommodations and facility were clean and well kept. Very convenient location - close enough to walk to everything and far enough to avoid crowds. Little pricey for a room but I guess that’s Jasper
