Nice house, far enough away from the main road, very quiet. Very nice management. Room is small, but you can have breakfast in the kitchen, good bathroom, very good bed. Megastore is about 10 minutes walk, bus stop 2 minutes.

There was unexpected warm weather when I was visiting so on one evening the room was a bit warmer than is usually comfortable for me but it wasn’t unbearable by any means.

Very nice, modern property on a quiet street lined with cherry blossom trees. The room and bathroom were very clean and tastefully furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and with both the blinds and curtains drawn I slept extremely well every night. I actually preferred the fact that there was no TV as it prevented me from getting distracted and I spent much more of my time outside and exploring the city. The house is around a 5 minute walk to a bus stop which does frequent trips to the marine drive SkyTrain station. The bus uses single tap-on only payment (also cash providing you have the correct amount) and takes around 10 minutes to get to the skytrain station. If you walk from the house to the skytrain station it is around 35 minutes on the flat.

You need to walk a bit to catch a bus to reach the nearest sky train station. But that's not a problem, as you can get a bus at a short walking distance.

Great host. Jenny took good care of us and provided guidance to explore Vancouver. Well maintained house with a big hall and kitchen.

Jennifer's house is exceptional! Well located, silent, beautiful, comfortable. It's super close to the airport. If you need to rest, you'll love sleeping in your clean, soft bed with great pillows. In addition to all this, Jeniffer is super helpful, loves to help and talk. I highly recommend this home.

Location, it is ok, but far from downtown. But, the location is still decent.

I would have to say, Jennifer is freaking amazing, very nice, kind, easy to talk to and just all around beyond amazing. I really enjoyed my stay, my room, and the enviroment of house.

Very clean. Short bus ride away from downtown with excellent transport links. Room was very comfortable with great facilities. I had a private bathroom and balcony with great views. Excellent value for money. Host was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I made an error booking a shared bathroom which my spouse does not like. It is a noisy house, easy to hear pipes, people talking in their rooms and being next to bathroom was not great. The kitchen was very much in the hosts area and well used so not very comfortable to go and make coffee.

The place was clean. Jennifer assisted orphaning a clothes wash and dry which was appreciated. Quite a few steps up to the door so beware if mobility is an issue.

Communication was difficult, address, building access and parking information not provided until the night before arrival and only then after a couple of phone calls. While you can use the kitchen to make a drink, it is obviously the family kitchen, though you never meet a person, but take your own milk. Room very small and cramped, no TV , but fine for a short overnight stay

Bed was very comfortable Biscuits in the room a nice touch, though beyond the best by date.

The bedroom and in fact the entire house was too hot. There was a window that I kept open, which helped in the bedroom. The pillows were much too large to sleep comfortably but I had brought a special neck pillow. The bedroom should have a mirror on the wall because I had a shared bath, and I had to go there to brush my hair.

The area was quiet and pleasant. It was very close to my daughters apartment which was exactly what I needed. The bed was good, but not great, the sheets were fresh and there was a comforter and blanket which I appreciated.

Very little space for stuff, nowhere to dry wet clothes and shoes on rainy days. Shared washroom. You can hear everything that others are doing in the house - especially the plumbing.

Our nights were quite noisy, between the planes, sounds like gunshots in the street in the middle of the night and the neighbors in the other rooms early in the morning.

We spent two comfortable nights at Jennifer's House. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Jennifer is very welcoming. In terms of location, it's a bit far from downtown Vancouver by public transport (1h15min), but it's very convenient for getting to the airport.

Location I was expecting to be closer to downtown and touristic places however it doesn’t take more than 30 minutes to waterfront. My room was a bit different from the picture and small for a full bed.

The place is good and clean and employees were nice. Water and fruits always available.
