The facility is well-located and luxurious, and unbelievably well-stocked with snacks, tea and coffee. William is a friendly and helpful host. The Chinese feasts every morning were over the top -- delicious works of culinary art that were so filling I never needed lunch.

I love this location. It is a very short walk to the dyke, and then from there walkable into Steveston Village. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are amazing, and the hosts welcoming.

Everything is perfect!

We are a couple stayed at the house for 6 nights. We had amazing Taiwanese breakfasts every morning lovingly prepared by the hostress Jessica! The house provided all kinds of snacks and fruits abundantly. Services from the host William was just impeccable! We are lucky to have found Jessica's house and we will definitely want to come back again! Thank you very much Jessica and William!!

William and Jessica are great hosts and make this a truly exceptional place to stay. Very delicious hot breakfast daily and snacks, hot beverages, ice cream you can just help yourself to all day. Comfortable room and very clean and complete bathroom, and an entertainment system that beats most hotels in terms of channels you can choose from all around the world. We were very happy that we stayed here and have been recommending it to friends, and we look forward to staying here again next time we visit.

Everything were excellent. Our second time staying here. Best to have a car. It is less than 15 min drive from YVR airport. Quiet residential neighborhood. The breakfast is very special and this is actually what we look forward to, which is the highlight. Taiwanese cuisine, done extremely well, I'd say better than restaurants (THANK YOU, Jessica and William). As usual the host/hostess are very generous with the food, and also snacks and drinks. Room upstairs is super quiet, very clean and comfortable.

William is a very nice and thoughtful host. The room here is clean and warm with a large private bathroom. The breakfast is better than most restaurants and you can treat yourself with snacks and drinks. Will definitely choose here if I visit Richmond again in the future.

When it comes to bed and to breakfast, this is one of the best experiences we had. We did not sleep that good in months. The breakfast was a special treat - several courses of Chinese food experience, freshly made. The room is large (has a bathtub) and the whole house is spacious and so well organized. The host was extra friendly and welcoming. Good location if you need to be close to the airport.

Too much stuff on the counter tops in the bathroom and bedroom (it's just our personal tastes don't care for so much stuff)

Awesome breakfast, best dimsums. Owner was very nice and helpful, even packed sandwiches for the next day when we had to leave super early to the airport. They were delicious too. West Dyke Trail is very close and we had a nice walk there.

Real cream for our coffee

The brunch that William made was very interesting and delicious. We especially loved the dim sung! It seemed very authentic Taiwanese. There was so much available snack food too. Everything from cereals, waffles, cheeses, yogurt, chocolates, crackers, coffees and teas, etc. It was a very handy location for us. We brought our bikes and biked down to the ocean and Stevenson wharf. William was very friendly and accommodating. I'm booking again for a reunion there with my 5 sisters.
