However, there was no extra, paper towel and other cleaning amenities. We also had no sugar, coffee, cream or other quick breakfast or condiments, we needed to buy everything, it would have been nice to have those available to us. We learned that the area was not the safest over time and repeatedly had random people stand outside our door and stop in front of it mysteriously as we were coming inside and outside the apartment. We do wish that the direct door into the apartment had a lock for extra security..

My guests and I liked the layout of the apartment and the rooms. The location was close our event venue and to downtown, with a bus stop minutes away. The apartment smelt wonderful as it had just been cleaned. Soap and shampoo were available, which was wonderful, dishes were all cleaned, with dish soap available. The owner was quick to reply, which was appreciated for any issues that arose.

Little downside is that the parking space is a 3-4 minute walk away from the property. And it was more difficult trying to find the property door than looking for the parking space. It is also right in front of the street, not in a neighbourhood with other houses.

I like that the property was nearby to businesses like Tim Hortons and gas stations. It was relatively clean, spacious and had Netflix on the TV.

The location was good, but the neighbourhood wasn't the greatest.

It accommodated our large family of 7, everyone had their own space to go to. Regular hotels rarely accommodate us. The host was friendly and communicative. It had everything we needed.

Given the accomodation is advertised in booking.com, the check in procedure and rules are very similar to Airbnb. Finding the parking location was a bit of challenge and it is very far to the apartment. It's important to note that the apartment's proximity to a bustling street results in noticeable street noise during the night. A few of the beds proved to be quite uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. One of the pillows had a noticeable stain on it.

Overal the accomodation is OK to stay for one or two nights. The size is good and the kitchen has lots of facilities.

We did not like that the parking lot was a 5 min walk down the road. The road was busy and road parking was full when we arrived so we ended up hauling our luggage down the road at midnight. The location was nice because of its proximity to parliament hill and other attractions but the location also has its downfall in that it is on a main road upstairs of a storefront as opposed to being in a suburb or in a hotel area. Bedrooms were hot and humid, a ceiling fan would be really nice in the bedrooms.

The property was clean and spacious, it was a very nice space to make home. We liked that it had a full kitchen and full sized fridge. I liked the Tim Hortons that was a couple doors down and the ease of check in and check out. We liked that the location was on an easy bus route to downtown.

Montreal Road not ideal neighbourhood.

Good access to city centre and main routes around Ottawa. Cheaper than most other properties. Good size and facilities for family of 5.

Toilet light not working on arrival. A lamp from bedroom was installed with extension cord by staff hours later. Kitchen stove not cleaned and filled the apartment with smelling smoke when we tried to boil water.

The method of paiement was improve and it did make the process easier. Before, sending a picture of id and credit card was too stressful. Way easier now via online paiement.

Although it was a bit stressful at first, due to have to send a picture of my credit card and ID and not get a response. Once there, the door code did not work, but it was quick to text the owner and get the right code.

The day was really hot, but only two air conditions in the apartment, one located in the living room and another was in the kitchen, it was really hot in the bedrooms. My boy was crying because it was too hot he couldn’t fall in sleep. If have fans in the bedrooms will be much better!

The location is very good. We cooked our dinner and breakfast.

The stairs up.were a little too steep and dirty. The parking was a to little ways. It was hard to bring our stuff up as we couldn't park in front.

The apartment was big, the cleaner was in there when we got there, so had to wait to get in, but we went for dinner and to the Tulip festival for a while to photograph the tulips. The place was clean and smelled clean, although a little too strong. The host was accommodating as he asked us to call if we needed anything.

ID and credit card number asked outside booking system. Communication with staff was last minute and no answer when we asked for parking details at arrival. No opening for late departure even if the place was free that day on the booking calendar

Not a dislike, but could be better equipped for a kitchen, although most basic stuff was available. Closet doors and unused equipment should be stored away. Beds are older and very springy. Just as few recommendations to make the place awesome

the appartement was not perfectly clean . There was a smell when we arrived. The bathroom is overused and old and give a negative impression.

the appartement have enough bed for 5 people and very bright. There was enough beddings and living room is spacious . overall conditions are correct if it’s for a short trip. there is video game console for kids and wifi. We slept very well.
