Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MauritiusUnfortunately that day we had rainy weather but that was not hotel's fault, so not a negative comment.
Proximity to the falls, only a few minutes walk. Easiness of check-in late night with welcoming staff. Breakfast was basic but for the price we cannot complain. Coffee was complementary when we were checking in and also next day apart from breakfast. Will certainly come back on next visit. Note that 100 dollars will be required (on credit card) as deposit per room and refundable after 5-7 working days.

United StatesLocation. The Motel is just outside the tourist area across a stroad. And it's a substantial walk to get to the falls and a pain to walk back because it's atop a massive hill. The walls in the rooms are also quite thin. I could hear the guests adjacent to me muffled chatting all night. Not that I lost sleep over it, but it was a tad annoying and gave off a lack of privacy. All told, for the low price compared to other lodging in the area, I think it's worth it to see the same beauty of nature that is Niagara Falls.
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

CanadaThe shower was amazing. Bathroom recently renovated. Everything was clean. Definitely could use an update but value for money was 10/10. Complimentary cereal, juice, pancakes, toast, mini muffins, yogurt and donuts available to grab for breakfast and free coffee while you stay. Nice touch. Roku TV was a nice addition. Seasonal outdoor pool not opened yet but looked very clean even empty.. Would stay again. 5-10 mins walk to Casino and Yuk Yuks. Great location and friendly staff.

Okay value for money 24h reception, within walking distance from the falls, friendly and uncomplicated staff Breakfast is at the reception and there is only a real tiny breakfast room but you can also take it to your room. Breakfast consits of coffee, tea, cornflakes, 2 kinds cereal, milk, 2 kinds toast, butter, peanut butter, 1 kind jam, bananas and 2 kinds mini muffins - which is okay for one or two nights but don't expect too much Free netflix is a plus
