Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI picked this motel because it included breakfast, but that was really disappointing, as calling it "continental" would be a real stretch. Two types of cereal, muffins, bagels, toast...that's about it. The coffee was rancid, but that's to be expected at most hotels. When I arrived, the heat was turned off, so it took quite some time for the room to get to a comfortable temperature. The location is curious, as its close to the Big Nickel, but outside of that, it's in an industrial area. While the night concierge was really friendly, he's unaware of company policy: a sign outside suggested extended stays were available, but he suggested that they didn't permit or allow that.
Great price for the the nights stay. The Wifi was really good. Checking in was a breeze. The night staff was fantastic. I liked the TV, as it was a good size and had cable, though an accessible HDMI port would have been nice, as opposed to many places that merely use OTA antennaes. The bed was comfortable. I liked that there was a microwave available. Free parking is available. Room was clean, and the sheets were really nice. While I didn't bring a pet, they have a great pet policy for those visiting.

CanadaNoisy bathroom fan not on a separate switch from the light Bathroom sink stands needs repainting, Chip on the bath should be painted over. The switches on the bed lamp are reversed. Many of the spring loaded doors are very hard to open and hold while passing through.
Breakfasts "basic". Room was "OK." The place was quiet. No squeeky floors above. Nice WIDE entrance off the street. Recent carpet, I think. --------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------

CanadaThe last week I stayed there, the bed was not made for 5 days and I was left with no hand or face towels for 2 days. It was obvious that except for removing the trash and cleaning the toilet, nothing in the room was done. They must keep on top of their cleaning staff.
Have stayed many times at this locations and usually find it pleasant and in good location.
