Great location, five minutes from Atlantic Gondola. Parking right outside room. Comfortable beds. Ample toiletries. Real tea mugs in room. The most fantastic view across the bay. Balcony from which to admire view.

Our unit was quite close to the road and was somewhat noisy. However didn't largely impact the stay.

Lovely little cottage with a gorgeous view over the Ingonish harbour. Plenty of space for the two of us.

We were surprised that the staff didn't turn up the heat before our arrival. It was very cold and damp and too a bit to warm up.

We had a meal there which was good. The location was very suitable for us to do the Cabot trail in one day as pressed for time.

What I like about this property is the location. It's perfect for me and my family and caters to our needs. If you have a pet, they accommodate it but with extra charge. We rented the Cottage#8 and it offers 2 bedrooms ( and 3 queen sized bed), a value for family and groups who travel together. Since we love to cook and BBQ, it has a small kitchen with all the utensils we need and a BBQ at the balcony. The space has a balcony with a perfect view of the lake and sunset and its very relaxing. It is clean and neat, bedrooms well made and arranged and the bathroom has some toiletries. Plus this place is along the Cabot Trail and just near to Cape Smokey to experience the gondola ride and near to all the sight seeing spots and scenic views.

Lack of wifi signal. Staff need to make it clear that there is a signal problem for some of the units.

The bathroom was a little small and we are use to a queen size bed and it was only a double. But the bed was extremely comfortable.

We loved the location. The views were perfect. The patio was a bonus. The staff was great. It was very quiet and the patio was very private.

Too close to the road, could hear the cars going by. Do not recommend for young children as there is no outdoor space for them to play (and very close to the road)

Amazing view, comfortable beds, great Dumplings at the restaurant. Good place to stay to explore this side of Cape Breton if you don't have young children.

The coffee machine was the pits. They really should invest in new coffee machines since these are cottages where you can make your own meals

The only thing we did not appreciate as much: the mattress was soft and not very comfortable. But for just one night, we can live with it….

Thé young lady à the reception was exceptionally friendly and nice. The room was small but convenient. The view was great. We appreciated that ther was a restaurant «  on the spot » with nice ladies to serve.

The room was quite dated looking and the bathroom was really tight.

The view was amazing and it was great to have our own little cottage. The hosts were lovely and the small restaurant attached to the cottages was delicious and such friendly service. I booked our cabin the same day as our reservation and there was no hassle with checking in or booking. Parking was included.

There were spider webs around the door!

There were great little extras throughout the property. There was a very nice bath mat, the extra toilet paper was rolled around with a ribbon. The kitchen was well stocked. Although there wasn’t AC, there were three fans in the unit. The whole unit had knotty pine paneling which looked well kept and not old. The flooring was new LVP.
