Simply exceptional stay. Richard is an amazing and friendly host, providing us a beautiful suite with access to the backyard, lawn chairs, tennis court, and so much more. Crystal clear skies above us, and we got to see amazing aurora borealis too. We will definitely be back. Wonderful location with easy access to Nelson and Ainsworth!

I didn't like the fact we only had 3 days there. Place is an upper class experience with million dollar views. The residence is rich!

Everything was excellent including the service. Very personal experience with family run operations. Highly recommend

the mattress was a bit soft for me and my wife, but it is a matter of a personal preference. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable to sleep.

Absolutely stunning experience! The place is even better that on the pictures. So much to do in the front yard/terrace (basketball, mini-golf) or savor a meal/drink while enjoying the picturesque views of the West Arm and surrounding mountains. Wish we could stay longer. Richard was a charming and superhelpful host.

Super clean! The facility quite good! Amazing view in the morning! Very nice host! Don’t miss the beautiful gem “ The Procter village Cafe” that recommended by host. It located opposite the Guest suite, and you only need to take the free cable ferry work 24/7 to get there! The cafe offer nice breakfast especially the cinnamon bun! And the Procter village also full of peace and love! If I would visit this region again, definitely I would choose Kootenay wild Guest suites again! What a golden memory!

The hosts were very responsive. But the most amazing part of this property is the view! We enjoyed incredible views from the patio in the evening and the morning. The mountains and lake are gorgeous!

Several miles from restaurants in Nelson. Need to head there for breakfast & meals.

I would not mind to have a little kitchenette where you would have fridge,, microwave and table close by.

Nicely positioned high on the hill with beautiful view on the Kootenay Lake. Landscaping sorounding property is gorgeous. Very quiet and peaceful place.

Nelson address deceiving, 30 miles away. Refrigerator had no ice compartment or way to save ice for drinks.

Although comfortable, given the spaciousness of the room we were surprised to find a double not queen bed when there is literally room for a king. We're both tall and it was also so high it was difficult to easily get in and out of.

We loved our stay at Kootenay Wild! It was the perfect out-of-the-way yet easily accessible location for our trip. Chocolates on the bed upon arrival, an amazing rain shower, soaker tub, double sinks, leather couch, refrigerator, microwave, bar table, comfy bed, giant walk-in closet, and outdoor playground all made our stay feel luxurious. We relaxed and ate dinner on our well appointed private patio overlooking the lake each night feeling blessed to be there. The property was immaculate, amenities thoughtful, and view of Kootenay Lake stunning! Having come from a dump in Trail, Kootenay Wild was beyond divine!!

Could have used a spoon and fork for left overs from dinners out. Ainsworth and other local (and not so local) hot springs require advance registrations...not expected and previously not required.

Brought my own food - refrigerator and microwave were available. Keurig was available - love that!! Over the top shower and bathroom. Love the automatic light in the walk-in closet...floor heating is a special addition. The view was exceptional and nearby attractions were easily accessible. Recommendations from host were well received.
