The floors were creaky, so we were advised to not walk on our heels so much. The lighting was a little dim in our room (Sud), but we stayed here for just two nights, so this wasn't much of an issue for us.

The bathroom, while shared, was amazing in terms of its size, functionality, and cleanliness. Every room could reserve shower times by writing them out on a chalkboard in the kitchen so that we could all avoid waiting on each other to use the shower. The beds were very comfortable and our host, Jean-Pierre, was very helpful and accommodating. We also loved how convenient the location was — a mere 5-6 minute walk from Pie-IX station. While we didn't use the living room nor the kitchen, I think it is worth mentioning that there's a smart-TV in the living room and a fully decked-out kitchen stove that you can cook on for those who love having the option to lounge and prepare your own food while travelling. Also, there's in-unit laundry — I LOVE that. The place was tastefully decorated and it is evident that the host loves what he does. Thank you for the warm stay.

Finding a parking took me a while as parking is in the street and street was full of cars but host helped me with that situation.

Jean-pierre was lovely, and so helpful letting us know how to get around and what things we could do and see in the city. The apartment was spotless and the beds were very comfy. Located super close to Pie-IX metro station so really easy to get around. Shower was big and had great water pressure.

All the perks of an apartment - kitchen, living room, etc, but cheaper than somewhere you're the only guest. We were lucky too that no one else had booked while we were there. Host was very communicative and helpful. Kitchen had all the basic cooking implements. Blackout blinds in the bedroom were appreciated and bed was comfortable.

The room is very confortable, with a big bed. It is really well located in Montréal since it is close to the Subway station and just a few stops away from downtown. Most importantly, Jean-Pierre is very reactive when you need anything, and has the best recommendations for your stay in MTL :) I recommend !

I stayed here with my mother and we liked everything about it. The house itself was super clean, well decorated, had comfy bed in our bright room, very clean and neat kitchen and bathroom. It was a very pleasant and peaceful stay. My mother's favorite spot was definitely the tv room because of the beautiful plants, especially the jasmine. Amazing scent. Besides, Jean Pierre is a wonderful host, I admired how he takes good care of his place.

I do NOT have a single complaint! Everything was tip top. I was so at home, it’s a shame I did not stay longer. In a day when I pump my own gas and check myself out at the grocery store, it was refreshing to have personal service and a host who actually responds to email requests.

The host has thought of everything. There was a flashlight for my use at night., comfy pillows, my own shelf in a full sized refrig.,plenty of ice, all the dishes and silverware. Really, it was a full sized kitchen with coffee service and a whistling tea pot. There was a living room with t.v., chairs, and night lights to make getting around easy. The place is immaculate and well thought out. There was even a recycling bin on the porch. Plenty of style from the art Deco period! Huge umbrellas for my use on a rainy day. Attention to comfort and details. The host greeted me and even helped with my luggage. The WiFi was excellent.

This lovely Art Deco House is situated close to Montreal's splendid Botanical Gadrens and the Olympic Park and Biodome. Its a short walk from a metro station, too, so a great place to stay if you are visiting the city and enjoy a mix of downtown and calm green spaces. Jean- Pierre has created a beautiful place to stay with lovely elegant Art Deco style. Comfortable, immaculately clean, with access to a guests' shared kitchen and sitting room. Our bedroom was very comfortable, clean and met our needs perfectly.

The apartment is set up like a sort of self-serve B&B which is very nice overall; the only issue I had was that the floors are a bit creaky, so it might be tough for a light sleeper if another guest is up and about at odd hours.

L’adresse botanique is spacious, bright, and filled with thoughtful touches. Jean-Pierre was such a sweet person and accommodating host. I loved the mix of art deco furniture and contemporary finishes. Also the location was excellent- lots to do within walking distance but also very close the metro.

I have arthritis in my knees, and I found the front steps a little steep without a handrail.

l’Adresse botanique is extremely well situated, close to the métro, le jardin botanique and for my purposes, my family and my grandson’s daycare. It was an easy walk to Provigo, marché Maisonneuve and Arhoma boulangerie. I appreciated the décor and the cleanliness of Jean-Pierre’s hébergement. I felt as though I was staying at home: comfortable chairs, reading lights, art on the walls, lovely bed linens, ample towels, slippers and a housecoat. Jean-Pierre has made every effort to be certain his guests enjoy their stay. Jean-Pierre is an exceptional host: making certain his guests have all they need, and regularly cleaning the common areas and rooms. He was friendly, yet discreet, not interfering in my stay, yet checking in to be certain all was okay. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Jean-Pierre.
