microwave did not work and the shower floor and jacuzzi tub were gross and needs a really good scrubbing (and bleaching!). the TV is smaller than my computer monitor at home LOL

close to the blackcomb gondola. the bed and pillows were VERY comfy!

Great location! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. We did the Peak 2 Peak gondola and the gondola it was just right in front of our hotel. Great restaurants and bars nearby.

the kitchen needs a look over. There were for instance 5 glasses. all different and no wine glasses. There was only three of some of the dish ware which seems a few to me.

there were no room service for cleaning.. when we got in shower head was broken, under the sink where they kept garbage bins..food scraps were still on... pool was small then way it show in photo..

size of the rooms were perfect.. sofa bed and master bedroom bed very big..

Decor in need of update

Excellent location, quiet and in-building parking. Two bathrooms were a bonus as not mentioned in the write up. Great for two friends travelling together.

Everything was so old in the room. The bathroom was in need of renovations (shower couldn’t feel clean because of all the grout and caulking starting to fall apart). The bed had a huge fan grate directly over the bed which was loud and just felt really sketchy.

The parking was convenient but was very expensive. I did not expect that it was separate from the room rate. The murphy bed was making a lot of noises whenever the sleeper moves. It was a bit bothersome, it kept me awake.

I partly misunderstood the location based on the rating. I had stayed in a better location before. It was not where I imagined it to be but after 2 days, I figured out the closest way to get to the central village. The room was a bit dated, bathroom facilities look dated but all in all comfortable.

There were just little things. The bathrooms are a little outdated. But the living room and bedroom make up for it.

The staff are friendly stayed a couple days before moving into employee housing. They are storing my bags as I type before I move in to the employee housing- a few hours of limbo time

Hotel doesn’t have restaurant. Location was awesome and next to many restaurants and shops.

The a/c was at best a light fan and the room was very warm. The kitchen garbage had not been changed on our arrival. The windows had been left open before our arrival and moths/mosquitoes had entered as there was no window screen. It’s not exactly a hotel, as they are privately owned units and are managed by a company. The building itself looks outdated. There were inappropriate pictures in the fire extinguisher area right in front of the second floor elevators. For the price we paid, I would consider it overvalued for the quality of service.

This suite was spacious and looked renovated, in contrast to the rest of the floor/building. The washroom was very nice, except for the toilet being too high. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent location. This unit was fitted with heated floors, which we didn’t use as we visited in the summer, but would be excellent for the winter.

The booking did not provide the following info clearly enough 1) 'studio' type does not have a full kitchen 2) Car parking fee is not included in the room rate

1) Staff are very helpful and responsive 2) The room is facing south (mountain side); it is kind of nice 3) far the main village; so it is more quiet than the main village
