Some confusion on price - I seem to remember that quoted price said that it included Quebec hotel tax, but in fact the price is pre-tax, and full price is about $US 20 more. Still a very good deal even at the higher price, but it would be nice to know in advance. I blame the disparity more on Booking than I do the proprietor. Rooms are in a converted basement - still very comfortable, but not a lot of natural light. (Small quibble - it's a nice place.)

Nice little BnB, in a suburban neighborhood a few miles from Le Gorge. Lovely people. Nice, mostly homemade French-style continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. *Much* better price and availability than lodging in nearby northern NH and VT. I wasn't even planning on traveling into Quebec, but I'm glad I did, because it's lovely!

We liked our stay and how welcoming the owner was! The only thing that worth considering - they A/C unit in the room is a portable one, so it may be a bit loud as compared to central HVAC systems. We did not have to use it though, as the temperature was just right.

The owner is amazing, very welcoming and helpful. She made absolutely fantastic croissants, chocolatines and crepes with honey for breakfast, this alone would justify our stay there. She also sent us useful tip regarding Foresta Lumina, methods of payment in advance. The location is very nice too, it's quiet and easy to access. The price is reasonable.

It is in the basement of a house and during the night, it was noisy to hear the heating/ac system fan, even if it was outside of our room.

Host is very welcoming and available as needed. Clean room, and almost anything needed is available. Location is perfect if you want to go for a hike, or even for Foresta Lumina.

The rooms and breakfast were in the lower level basement of the house. Stairway down is a little narrow, so if you have big bag it could be hard for you. Rooms were a little tight but workable for us.

The lodging is in some newly done guest rooms in the basement of the host's home. The house is located in a nice quite neighboorhood just outside the main district of Coaticook. Parking is farily easy in the driveway or front of home. It is very quite and peaceful. Hostess Jocelyne setup a nice firepit out side and the guests could mingle in the evening before driving off for dinner in town of Coaticook. In the morning Jocelyne prepared a nice simple breakfast of crossants, pain au chocolat, fruit and some cereals.

Bathroom and shower were very tiny and sink outside the bathroom but other than that, no complaints.

Hostess was very friendly and accomodating. Her continental breakfast was fabulous with lots of homemade foods and condiments. Beds were so comfortable! Weather was not cooperative so we did not use the pool but it was clean and crystal clear. Overall stay was great and jn a very convenient location if you are visiting Foresta Lumina.

On the second day, when we arrived in the evening from our activities, we found a lot of water and someone else's hair in the toilet. Our bathroom was supposed to be private and we locked the door before leaving for the day. Poor soundprooding, you can hear everything from upstairs and from all other rooms in the basement. Also, it was not clear the room would be in the basement when booking.

Very nice stay! We loved the pool, bbq option, and making a fire outside at night. Wifi was good, comfortable room, good enough breakfast.
