Superb location to access the Creekside Gondola. Comfortable, fully equipped unit. Hot tub in the common area. Ski storage, parking. It may be a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. We have stayed in another unit in the same lodge. There were a little different but fit the bill.

key-coding was a bit confusing (which number to use in certain doors/sections) and the coding did not always work as it should have. The Guest desk was helpful when needed.

Excellent location, central to everything Creekside, and pretty much next to the Gondola! 5 minute walk to lakes, instant access to Mountain. Place had a heated pool, hot tub and sauna. We really enjoyed our stay, which felt like a home away from home.

The furniture and floor carpet is kinda outdated. There is a gap under the entrance door because is missing the bottom seal. We were specified that we have to check out at 10 am and the cleaning guys were knocking at the door at 9 am telling us to rush out. It was a very incomfortable feeling

I like the layout of the apartment, that we had access to hot tub, pool, barbeque and the fact that the apartment was overlooking the beautiful courtyard garden and the mountain. It was relaxing to be able to sit on the patio and watch the stars in the clear night

Cushion was ripped. Couldn't get in the room until 4:40 because they were still cleaning it at 4:00. Needed a paint job and updating in bathroom and kitchen although both functioned ok.

Liked the size of the unit. Liked how we weren't looking onto another room so we had privacy.

Check-in desk is a bit far away from the property but acceptable. TV screen size in the unit is a bit outdated and small. Internet speed is a bit slow. Limited kitchen amenities such as missing cutting board and oven baking pan. We like to do some simple cooking in the unit, especially due to the covid pandemic.

Unit was comfortable and clean. Sofa bed was decent with minimal sagging. Bathroom was in good condition with good supply of towels and tissues. Additional supply of pillow and blanket was prompt when requested.

To check in, one needs to drive to Cascade lodge in the village (just to check ID, access is a code). At 4 pm (check in time), the round trip took us 40 minutes as this is the time everyone is trying to leave the Village. Ridiculous arrangement. This applies to bookings made through Vacasa.

Secure storage at entry is intended for skis not bikes and has no plug-ins. Bike storage at underground parking is not very secure and also has no plug-ins to recharge eBikes. Room was quiet small and bathroom very cramped. Kitchen had very limited cutlery or dishes. It seems owners do not want anyone to cook, eat or drink in unit. Furniture is also dated and folding chairs on deck are uncomfortable.

Condo has great outdoor pool, hot-tub and sauna. We parked in fairly secure underground parking area. Room was quiet and relaxing.

Had to drive 10 mins past location to pickup a paper. Key code was written down...could have been in an email. Lights were not hooked up in the pool bathroom, blinds were all broken in the unit, had to call for pillows and a blanket for the pull out couch.

Building/room needs updating. For the price we were disappointed with the state of the room. Blinds not functioning. Faucet leaking. Shower squealing. Sound travels quite easily between rooms/hallways and other floors. We had stayed in a different room of the same building before and that room was perfect. Maybe we just ended up with a poorly maintained room.

Great location. Staff was very accommodating with our requests for additional amenities.

Checking in requires travelling into Whistler which is a little cumbersome and time consuming, especially if traffic is busy. We were initially given incorrect entry codes which took some time to straighten out.

Facilities and location were second to none. This is a very comfortable unit and is exceptionally well equipped. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a full kitchen and a location close to lifts and ammenities.

I wasn't expecting a loft which was very uncomfortable, also very dangerous with a 1 year old. The pictures didn't show a loft.

I liked the location, and the staff were very helpful.
