There might be a bit of noise because it is close to the road. However, they provide heating and air conditioning, and the windows are soundproofed excellently. It didn't affect us in the slightest.

Due to work commitments, we had to arrive at this inn close to 11pm at night. Remarkably, the manager who should have finished by 9pm, was there waiting for us, providing seamless communication throughout, ensuring that even on a snowy night, a light was there to guide us. Despite being a small inn with only fifteen rooms, the decor exuded sophistication and professionalism, with consumables sourced from British and Italian brands. The beds were just the right balance of soft and firm, incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and tidy. The coffee and tea provided in the room were exceptional. Located opposite a lake, the hotel offers numerous water activities in the summer and even has a water park open during the warmer months. It's just a five-minute walk from the airport.

Pull out couch could be more comfy, but i know that generally they are not. And it could be a bit noisy, but if you are ok with earplugs that wouldn't be an issue.

I liked literally everything. The staff was exeptional ( sorry i forgot his name) :( He was extremly helpfull and assisted us with everything we needed. The place was newly renovated, super clean, kitchen has evrything. We were very pleased with the place. Thank you for everything

The staff was superb but wearing a mask. The usage of masks is very troubling given that the literature on masks shows overwhelmingly they do not prevent the spread of aerosol particulate. This false belief in masks supports mandates and also misdirects people from addressing the real factors of health.

I like having a kitchen and the separation of living and bedroom makes it feel more like a home than a room.

Exceptionally clean. Amenities and other little things in the suite were clearly thought through: we had exactly what we needed and no unnecessary stuff. The common area outside is packed with goodies as well: there's a grill, gas firetable, patio chairs and tables, and even a swing.

Minor, but not able to walk into town, so would need a car. This wasn’t a huge deal for us though.

We were pleasantly surprised to see that this property has been completely renovated! The rooms are super cute, clean and a great size for a family of three. The full size fridge and stove was a bonus. The staff were so warm, helpful and accommodating. You cannot beat the location as they are right across from the beach and have a handy little underpass for people to access the beach without worrying about crossing the busy highway. We would absolutely stay again.

it’s very far to the boardwalk/restaurants. which is fine, but expensive cab ride! we couldn’t seem to find any vending machines for water or anything 🤷‍♀️

The staff were very friendly and informative. We loved the toiletries and the Keurig coffee that was provided. The bed was very comfortable. And compared to other motels in Penticton, the price was reasonable.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The unending supply fresh off their tree apricots was a real treat. The unit we stayed in had been completely renovated and was very clean. Air conditioning was welcome and necessary to escape the heat of the summer day and a ceiling fan in the bedroom was lovely to cool the room while we slept. Great location and perfect quiet shade area at the back for a picnic or just to sit with coffee and read.
