The location was excellent. The fact that the checkin area was on the 7th floor WITH A MAGNIFICENT VIEW was a huge bonus. I think that Maeva, the front desk receptionist absolutely made our stay at your hotel a most memorable one. We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco chilling in an ice bucket with a very nice note from the hotel. It made our stay most memorable. She was the best part of our anniversary.

The toiletries were not on par with a 5 star hotel was more of a seaside small hotel. The room accessories (steamer instead of iron and old blow dryer) were also not on par with a 5 star hotel. The elevators leading to the reception area (when entering from outside) were unkept and smelled awful.

Fabulous location and architecture. The room was clean and beautifully decorated (room on 6th floor).

The location of the hotel, valet parking option, restaurant options and the cleanliness. Bed was super comfortable, loved the swimming pool option with the stunning view from the balcony; bar on the 6 floor.

We had a memorable experience at this location. The staff's exceptional service and helpful concierge made my stay fantastic with recommendations for restaurant and sightseeing. The alleyway, bar and swimming pool all have stunning views of Quebec City, adding to the overall charm of the place.

The change from one floor to another involving different elevators at the reception level. We wished the pool was bigger and not so warm. Would have preferred a separate hot tub/jacuzzi.

The exterior architecture of the original theatre, the wonderful restaurants, roof patio and lovely room. Very efficient and friendly valet parking. Fabulous location at edge of walled city.

We love the location and how clean and modern the rooms are. The staff is exceptional! My daughter brought her own towel which looked very similar to your towels. It was taken accidentally by the housekeeper and when we realized it, housekeeping was able to find it and returned it washed and dried!

The property blends two structures from different centuries, the more modern one hosts the rooms and are linked by a passarelle with amazing views of the walls of the citadel

The restaurant (Il Teatro) was very expensive for what you get, was short on English-language menus (which our waitress said was a chronic problem). The food was fine, but a mediocre Caesar salad, two entrees, and 4 glasses of wine ended up costing ~CAD $200. Usually that would cost us closer to CAD $120-$150.

We splurged for our 25th anniversary, and got a suite on a high floor. The room was fantastic, having head-to-to glass along the exterior sides, a full bathroom next to the bed, a second toilet on the other side of the suite, near the door, and a 1-person bathtub next to the bed. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially the front desk person who greeted us, gave us a city map, and explained the highlights of the city. The hotel is just outside one of the gates to the old walled city. Quebec City is really a little bit of Europe in North America.
