We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaRoom 509. Very poor light in the internal hallway. You cannot see the interior of the closet because of that. Very noisy climatizar. TV on a desk doesn’t give you the chance to watch tv from a separate table. No separate table with 2 chairs. Only 1 chair. Hair dryer didn’t work.
Good location. Good parking garage but not included in price. Very good restaurant for breakfast but not included in price.

CanadaIt needs a facelift but I understand that 26 floors is a vastly expensive renovation. The floating floor was broken and bubbling up in an area so I took that bed so my 81 yr old dad wouldn’t trip. The front doors finishing was ruined. The cuisinart coffee maker needed pods BUT loose coffee in a package was given and NO paper filter to run the coffee through. The bathroom tub was tiny , they have glued soap and conditioner dispensers . So cheap looking and tacky. NO FLOOR MATT was provided so I used one of 2 towels they provided me to leave my father his 2 towels.
It was central to where I had to be.

United StatesCons: the hotel is in need of a make over, definitely worn down in the room. The sheets and beds were itchy. The bathroom was dusty. Nothing overtly gross or scary tho! Definitely paying for location.
The location of the hotel is perfect! Very walkable. The view of the Plains of Abraham was beautiful from our room! The staff was so friendly and helpful! We ate at both restaurants on property and the food was great, the staff so kind, and views wonderful.

CanadaKey cards constantly weren’t working. Shower rarely had hot water. We stayed there 4 nights and I only had one hot shower, but every time we tried to tell the hotel staff it seemed to be working. It was also overrun by children due to spring break.

United StatesIt's a bit dated at this point. It's apparent there have been many attempts to keep it up to date (including our room smelling faintly of fresh paint), but it seems limited by its age and original architecture. It could stand to get a real overhaul with updates of the bathrooms and the lighting and in-room amenities. The wood laminate floor in my room from the most recent renovation is already starting to show its age. Reasonably clean and comfortable.
This building has the feeling of a classic old hotel. I really love the reception area, the check-in, the elevators are zippy, there's ample parking in the garage, and on the upper floors the views are just amazing.

CanadaTo have ink to print at the business centre . I struggle with that as I had important docs to print . I was not able to do it from the ring desk . I asked to put ink in the printer that never happened. One of the reasons why you stay I a hotel like Concorde is to have access to this kind of service. . Not everyone likes to send private information to the front desk for printing . This. An be imprioved. I asked to speak with the manager and he didn’t do anything about getting the ink. Went back during the days I stay and no effort was made to have it.

United StatesThe hotel was very busy during check in, and the wait for elevators was often quite long. The cleanliness of the room was not great, and the walls were very thin. Children were running through the halls at night, and were playing on the elevators as well! Overall, the maintenance and fixtures in the room were adequate, but rather dated and in need of fixing or replacing.
The hotel location was very good for experiencing the winter carnival, and offered many restaurants within short walking distance. The view from our room on the top floor was spectacular, especially at dusk / dawn.

United StatesThe hotel itself seemed a bit run down. Lots of scratches and signs of wear and tear on the furniture in our room, pool with no towels while we were there, hot tub not very hot, very basic exercise room.
Great location close to Plains of Abraham for skating and sledding and only a 15 minute walk into the heart of the city. Nice restaurant in the hotel was a plus. Staff were extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Easy valet parking.
