If you have mobility issues, then the area and location would be challenging. With steep stairs.

Claude and Nicole are the perfect hosts. Everything was well thought of. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was exquisite and the location was fantastic.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The whole property is gorgeous inside and out. Hosts were both wonderfu and very friendly. Breakfast was quite filling and was cooked well! The location is absolutely perfect! Would 100% stay here again!

The location was perfect, less than 1 minute walk to the main shopping/restaurant street. The breakfast was amazing - you get to choose from a few options and it was delicious and a great start for the day. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was cute and clean.

it’s a really good place to stay, it’s really near of old port and touristic areas. I was nervous about parking place but as soon you arrive they explain to you where is the parking lot. it’s not far and safe.

Location was amazing to visit the old city. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were excellent but kept the historical charm. Breakfast was sooo good. Next time we visit Quebec City, we will stay at Le Coureur Des Bois again.

I can always use a kingsize bed due to my size, but still incredibly comfortable bed.

Breakfast fast fabulous, with lattes and cappuccinos to keep us going for the day! Rooms were comfortable.

Our room was charming, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent, the service was friendly and efficient, and the shower was terrific. A bonus: refills of the delicious lattes, something missing from other places we've stayed.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We would have preferred to have more towels and facecloths in the Family Suite for our comfort. The towels (one each) did not dry quickly and when we showered twice to go out (early am and evening) they were often still damp. But that's all..everything else was great.

Nicole and Claude were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed conversations with them at breakfast. They were hospitable and very helpful. Breakfasts were fantastic and so was the service. We stayed in the Family Suite, with two Queen beds and an ensuite bathroom on the first floor. It was very comfortable. The location could not have been better for all that we wanted to do in. Fantastic. !

The host is very kind and friendly. I like the “3course” breakfast provided which is absolutely fabulous. I had the omelette with cheese and mushrooms. Their homemade yogurt is so tasty, going well with the toast. They have a wonderful patio which is a great place to hang out with a fireplace on the middle of table. No fear of cold weather now lol
