The room next to me was accessible by a door which allowed for lots of noise to come through. It was quite annoying when people were talking in the other room and decreased my sense of privacy.

The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming and warm atmosphere.

Condo needs some updating but has all the basics.

We originally booked 4 separate rooms, each with ensuite. We were offered a condo with 4 beds and 4 bath and a kitchen. We thought this would be super for our party. This was not wholly what we got. The bedroom configuration was a little odd, and meant that two separate couples had to sleep in one room, and two singles had to share a double in the sitting room. Thankfully everyone was in the right spirit and it ended up being OK. The location was good and we had a very short walk to a couple of really good local restaurants.

There was a bit of confusion regarding the location of the building. The “Domaine” building is one of several buildings on the Manoir de St-Sauveur complex which is located at 246 Lac Millette Road. Enter the parking lot at this address and follow the access road to the rear. There you will find parking & the building to your left indicated by a small sign “252 DOMAINE”. Follow the walkway to the entrance doors and enter using the codes provided by Tony.

Tony, our host, was readily available to answer our questions by phone and email regarding contactless check-in. The room was clean, the bed comfy, the bathroom updated & in good working order. Bonus: We ate breakfast on the balcony overlooking a private green space and were able to bring our small dog.

It was confusing to find the location of my reservation because there are several buildings & the name was not displayed prominently enough. There was limited parking in the area I was staying so I had to park further away.

There are almost no plugs for charging so a power bar would be helpful. I found the chair/ottoman were too stained to sit or put luggage on and yet take up a large amount of space. I would suggest replacing those with a small patio set for meals and a (non fabric) luggage rack in the closet.

I was emailed the entry code by the host so after parking, could go straight to the room. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Cute balcony and beautiful new bathroom with rain shower. Quiet place to stay on a nice property, very little street noise.

We had 2 issues when we went.The first was, I didn't like the parking facilities,our room was up a small hill, but the land is not asphalted,& snow removal is not always cleared properly.The day we went the surface was very icee, & dangerous for walking,no salt or sand was spread. The 2nd issue was the codes,you have to enter a code to access the building & another code for the room. A code was given to me on my cell & it didn't work, went to the front office & was told that it was the code from the day before. The clerk gave me the present day code, went back & still didn't work Finally that evening I was informed by one of the front office clerks that we can access our building by the underground parking, great.🤪😠

The location is perfect, close to restaurants and stores, and the ski slopes, plus easy access to the autoroute. The hotel itself is very nice, it consists of several buildings, having a mixture of rooms and condo type dwellings.

it was a little difficult to get to. a little confusing because it’s a little tucked away and hidden.

no lights next to bed. the bathroom still had hair on the floor. it was not sound proof. we could hear our neighbors as if they were in the next room.

Loved the location!! Very close to the shopping outlet, restaurants & the main street in St Sauveur. It was very easy to communicate with the host, who was very responsive. We used the map he sent us to get there.

The room I booked wasn’t as shown in the photos on booking.com. Patio door had a gap letting on cold air, pink stain on the carpet and wallpaper was peeling. Ventilation system could use a good cleaning.

The location is close to the mountain and close to restaurants and shops.

Initial address provided by Booking.com was incorrect. This may have caused the confusion in directions some earlier reviewers had. The communications from the host had the accurate address and property was easy to find.

Good facilities - including a washer and dryer - at a great price. Perfect for us after a week of hiking in national parks.
