No free internet in the room unless you are a loyalty member.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

Requested a room near Elevator as I have a slight mobility issue. I received a Confirmation E-mail from the hotel honoring my request but upon check in our room was located at the furthest point away from the elevators and the end of the hallway. Other than that the room was excellent.

This was a beautiful hotel near St Lawerence Market. The bed was so comfortable and room was very cozy. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto. The hotel is close to all the sightseeing hotspots. This hotel is exceptional in every way. It is comfortable, clean and an oasis of calm in a busy city. Our meals in the restaurant and the Consort bar were sublime, freshly made and with top quality ingredients. The standard of Customer Service is second to none! Every member of staff we encountered, from cleaners, waiters, reception and doormen were friendly, informative and extremely helpful.

A convenience shop on premise would have been nice, but at least there was a store about a block away.

The room was far more spacious than expected, with two beds plus couch and table. I liked having separate shower and toilet rooms with sinks in each. The hotel is beautiful. The street cars were easily accessible from this location.

Wasn’t there at check in and friends took a room not understanding it wasn’t what was booked. Also charged more than the reservation rate. Had to change rooms at 8:00 at night after a long few days. Having said that when it was brought to desks attention changed room and adjusted rate.

I was a little disappointed that since the lounge was the only restaurant for lunch and dinner, that the menu was limited.

We were three people in the room (me, my husband and my 11 year old daughter) and even though the room was really big, there was only one bed that we had to share. A bed sofa wouldn’t be bad. The room was good but too dark, even though there were three windows, which btw couldn’t be opened. Other than that, everything was fine.

Shower pressure was alright definitely could have been better but expected for a large hotel I guess.

It was extremely clean, staff was amazing, they upgraded our room as well. Definitely bougie feeling. Had a bit of a spooky vibe in the room, but in a fun not scary way, my wife felt something touch her the first night and we herd conversation as if the tv was on but no one else around (we checked the hall and stood outside the room to make sure), our room was quiet chilly as well even with the heat on but we like it cooler then normal so it didn’t bother us. We also had the elevator open for us before pressing the button several times. We were in room 1205.
