Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom was tight, strangely shaped and cramped. The staff wasn't as good as normal this trip. Front desk wasn't on their game with the check in process regarding a service animal.
The bar George continues to be the main reason why we stay at this hotel. Its a short stumble to your hotel room. Otherwise, the staff is usually great. This time, we brought our service dog and were questioned on our way to dinner about our service animal after we already provided all documentation to the check in receptionist. It just felt uncomfortable this time overall. Also, the room was a shoe box. It was a long narrow corridor into an open area with a bed. Not as comfortable as the previous rooms we've stayed in.

CanadaThe fireplace being far way in the Sky Suite was a bit of a shame and there was a weird tapping noise that you can hear in the middle of the night - it might have been coming from the fireplace too. The terrasse isn't really worth it too.
Fantastic hotel to stay at in the middle of Downtown Montreal. If you can, I highly suggest booking one of their suite rooms as it's extremely well made with a lot of nifty features you won't find in any other hotel in Montreal.

United StatesRooms are a bit odd, long hallways in a room with smaller bed area. Windows are tiny (we were explained its due to architectural design). The food options for vegetarians is limited.
Perfect location. Lots of eating options. Close to attractions and shopping places. Technology in room is well integrated. Bathroom technology was amazing....

We were attending a concert at Bell Centre and the location was perfect. The hotel facilities are modern and clean, with many smart features. We were also there celebrating our wedding anniversary and the concierge team, led by William, were extremely accommodating and thoughtful in making our celebration special.

The staff was absolutely incredible. It was NYE and they managed to get us into their party that was completely booked out. I upgraded to the larger king luxury suite for the bathtub. The room was huge, but really empty. Felt a little sterile and cold. The electronics (lighting, shades and shower lights) were absolutely awesome. A tech person's dream. The bar is an awesome time. Our favorite place in the city. Location is amazing one block from the fashion mall. The staff made the experience special though. Very good team.

Luxurious feel overall, super friendly and accomodating staff, they managed to get us a spot in the already crowded bar on the two nights we were there. Awsome smell throughout the property, and my husband is in love with the cool features the bathroom offered!
