Level of underground parking is very low and not all cars can fit inside. The ceiling covers with scratches that were left by other customers. The bathroom has a nice and fancy shower head but it's useless without a proper water pressure. It was just dripping couple drops so you can't call it as a taking a shower.

The location is very good. The room had a nice size. There is a simple coffee machine that was a plus to get an early coffee before breakfast. Also an underground parking is a plus.

I found the price of the room ($ 300 per night) excessive for the limited facilities it offered (no breakfast included etc..).

Quality of the breakfast shown on hotel website and the actual one are far different, Kitchen staff should have cleaned the toaster at the end of each day as every slice of bread put in, it comes out burnt, not edible, wasting food. Visitor can smell the burnt of toasted bread from the hallway of the rooms.

The front desk staff Luis and Lucie were kind and helpful. The managers Waseem and Alva were responsive and helpful following up with my concerns prior to check in. The room and bathroom was clean and updated.

The parking was full of break in warnings, made us feel a bit unsafe but to mitigate the risk, the hotel provided the use of a free steering wheel lock which we returned before leaving.

Great for our weekend stay in Montreal. The King Corner Suite was spacious and comfortable. The room was updated compared to the online pictures. Not the fanciest hotel in the area but certainly the best value while still maintaining a modern upscale feel. The staff was great. The parking garage was a plus. Walking distance to the Bell Center and great restraunts downtown. I would recommend and will definitely return.

The bathroom doors are terrible, it’s a sliding doors that has space between walls. No privacy. Parking is a nightmare, dark and confusing, no clear signs, doesn’t feel safe in the garage.

When we checked in, we were asked if we wanted a club to put on the steering wheel of our car to prevent theft. Goodness, should we be worried. We chose not to rent the club and took our chances. Our car was fine but someone else's car was broken in to.

The room was clean and the location was perfect. Close enough to the Bell Centre at a good price. A simple but good hotel. We added the buffet through Booking which was cheap and satisfied us. But it would have cost $21 per person at the restaurant, which was not worth it.

Great value for money. Extremely comfortable beds. Loved the shower. Really enjoyed the breakfast. There is plenty of choice and lovely crispy bacon. Short stroll to the metro.

Room was clean and comfortable for family of 3. Small kitchen with 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator. Coffee maker but no tea. Large tub, but difficult for me to get in and out after knee replacements.
