No real down side.. but I struggled occasionally getting in/out of hotel and about in general as I was having to get around on crutches... but one adapts to the situation and we had a great time. One other think....if you are planning to dine out on Fri, Sat and Sun evenings...it is best to book...if you can. The Le Priori were great in sorting this.

Good buffet continental breakfast , served in a pleasant dining room. Also available in the hotel was a coffee shop open all day and free for residents. The hotel was well located in the old part of The city , just 10 mins walk from cruise terminal...5 mins by taxi ($20 +). A great place to explore on foot.

My husband and I stayed in one of the suites and our friends stayed in one of the regular hotel rooms. The facility was incredible. Our suite had a kitchenette, living area, dining table, two beds and a bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. Our party of four met at our suite after dinner to play games and talk, and we even ate carry out dinners there a couple of times. It was great to have a place to relax after a day of sight-seeing. Continental breakfast was quite good -- better than offered at many hotels.

I couldn’t figure out how to open the windows and we didn’t really have a view, but we did look at some trees with pretty coloured leaves. 

It’s a quaint little hotel, and the staff are very friendly; great location close to the cruise ship terminal.  Our flight left early in the morning the next day and they packed up our breakfast which was excellent.

We loved the room so many unexpected features such as the nightlight dimmer in the bathroom, so clever! Comfy bed, extra blanket available without requesting it. We just found that there was so much attention to little details. The breakfast had so many wonderful choices, something for everyone. Lastly, the staff, so helpful for suggestions for restaurants, shopping and getting us a cab for our departure the next morning. We highly recommend you for future travelers!! Thank You!

The staff at Hotel le Priori was exceptional. They were friendly and so helpful. The location was perfect for walking the beautiful streets of Old Quebec and the rooms were spotless.

Only negative was minor - too small shelf space for toiletries by sink in room. Perhaps adding another shelf near bottom of mirror = there is already a full length mirron on closet door so reducing size of sink mirror should not be a problem.

Staff was always very friendly and helpful.. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Location in lower level was perfect - close to restaurants, shops, and 2 minutes away from the funicular that takes you to upper level by the Frontenac and by meeting places for our tours. Shower had great pressure with 2 additional lower jets.

The hotel was a short walk to the main historic sites in Old town. The staff were very helpful with recommendations; The breakfast was excellent. Even though it was the same every day, there was enough to choose a different course every day; I especially liked the coffee machine! We travelled in a car to Quebec: no proble, as the off site parking was only 1-2 blocks away and was very secure;

The hotel was conveniently located to shops and all the sights. Breakfast every morning was fresh and more than enough. Staff was accomodating and our room was clean and the bed was ultra comfortable. Highly recommend.. I promise you won't be dissappointed.

Standard rooms are very uncomfortable for older people. One staff member was very short with us about turning on air conditioning and helping my husband with the TV was speaking down to him.

Room was very small. We upgraded to a Jr. Suite for additional cost for 2 days. Breakfast was excellent and unexpected. Only had one staff member who was unprofessional which was a shame since everyone else were lovely.
