The kitchen had various cooking tools, but it would have been nice to have very basic cooking nonperishable items like olive oil or seasoning available.

The outdoor parking was a bit of a mess regarding organization and limit parking spots depending on the time of day. There is ongoing construction next door to this condo, so to expect construction noise during the weekday.

There was a lot of window giving great daylight. The entire unit felt new & modern.

Both bathroom sinks were a bit slow draining.

The check in process was very smooth. The receptionist/host greeted us warmly, and was very nice as was the property manager.

Really nice location right near a bunch of attractions, including the lachine canal. The view from our balcony, which was huge, was also great. They also provided coffee which I appreciated. Overall the property, and Montreal, were lovely

All doors creak - this can be easily arranged. Very few utensils and pots in the kitchen and towels in the bathroom. The light in the rooms is very low

Window curtains let in a lot of light at the top of the window making the bedroom a bit too bright for my liking at night.

Great location within walking distance of many nice restaurants. Easy to get to all the popular sights by walking or public transportation. Outside noise is very well blocked out.

Great location! Easy check-in, easy check-out with the great staff at the front, and always super easy to get into the building and room with the key fob. Bed was super comfy and the balcony was awesome. Lots of really great restaurants a short walk away. Would definitely book here again for another Montreal visit.

The apartment had no real towels, just some oversized washcloths. The apartment was also immensely bright, with the curtains not able to darken the bedrooms. I would advise to wear one of these eye masks when sleeping, if you do not want to be awake at 6:30.

The restaurant/bar across the street is loud with music through late night. The couch is old and dirty, and need an update. Bathrooms not not cleaned properly with stains in sinks and hair in bathtub. Needs some hooks or bench in the big bathrooms.

Location is very convenient and walkable to tourist spots, restaurants and public transportation. Space is big so lots of room for 4 people.

For the duration of our stay (5 nights), there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. We really lucked out that someone was there when we arrived, otherwise I have no idea how long we would have had to wait outside for building/suite access. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring an eye mask and ear plugs - by 6am the suite is bathed in sunshine in the summer months and the restaurant below had obnoxiously loud music some nights until 11pm. Lastly, while there is air conditioning, it is contained to the livingroom area - the bedroom was uncomfortably hot on the warm & humid days.

Great location if you want to be near the action without being right in the action. The building is within walking distance of Lachine Canal, Atwater Market as well as the Old Port, McGill, and Mont Royal if you are willing to venture a little further afield. We highly recommend checking out Cafe Lali, a couple of blocks away, for your daily dose of caffeine. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the pool area. While I did have some complaints, I would stay here again.

For some reasons, this time around, the Unit was not perfectly cleaned. When we got into the room, the kitchen tools were not properly cleaned, it looked like it was done in a rush and not as it should be, Also, there were some ants around some left over food that probably from the previous guests. And finally, I would recommend that the sofa be changed because the fabric is sticky and was getting on our clothes whenever we were sitting.

I have stayed here before, back in March, alone, so I knew what to expect when coming back with my family. The location is great, the room is large, comfortable and has everything that you may need, The staff is very helpful and courteous. I honestly love this place and will always ensure to book there whenever in Montreal.

This location was close to lots of restaurants and places to walk to! Our room was clean, modern and spacious! We liked have 2 rooms since we have teenagers! Having a full kitchen was a big plus as well.
