Room keys/access should be updated, the magnetic cards get misconfigured if placed close to a phone. I think there’s no room service (food) which is important if you’re coming back hungry late at night.

We were upgraded to a huge suite that surpassed our expectations for our family of 5 to celebrate New Years Eve. We were able to cook dinners and watch movies together as well as enjoy the excellent location from which to explore the town.

Nothing. Would be nice to have a hottub. Would be nice to have a hot egg option with breakfast so you can make a breakfast sandwich.

It was perfect. Breakfast was good. Coffe was fantastic! Able to bring it up to our room. Having a table and kitchen really made it so easy. Location was excellent. Could walk anywhere and everything was not to far. Great restaurants nearby. Indoor pool was a bonus!

The breakfast included in the price of the room was of poor quality. No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no fresh bread or croissants. No fruit salad, only apples, kiwis, bananas or oranges to prepare yourself. Cheap and industrial products.

Central location, next to the main shopping streets (Sainte Catherine) and 25 min away from the Vieux Port. Very big studio with kingsize bed (high ceiling). Very quiet on the 9th floor.

The bathroom is huge and could have been the best if there are more hooks to hang and sink counter is longer to place our toiletries.

We like the entire suite. It is very spacious with full kitchen, high ceilings. There's a housekeeping every day. It comes with free breakfast. It is close to the underground mall and train station.

This hotel is well located with a short walk from the train station, many restaurants nearby, and walkable to the downtown attractions. Very good value for money with very comfortable rooms and beds.

The ice machine was broken and we had to go to a lower floor.

Everything was quick: the check-in process , the valet parking was quick and checkout. We love the location and the size of the rooms which are modest but clean and well maintained. The col, light breakfast was sufficient with many healthy choices.

Beautiful location. Front desk and breakfast staffers are very friendly and welcoming. I love the fact that the entrance to Le Cheurre restaurant is attached to the hotel and you don’t have to go out. Very beautiful place and the rooms are huge. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location in Montreal. Central to so many different things. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the room was super spacious. I would highly recommend!
