The staff at kitchen to get the breakfast...was not really cordial and understanding, didn't make my boyfriend feel like an important client.

I really like the staff who received me when i arrive , do check-in, he was really polite and understanding. The room was amazing ! Very clean . The hotel was really clean and beautiful

We had the people accross from us have a party in their hotel room waking us up at 3am. When we called the front desk they said they couldn't do anything. For a hotel that size I would expect security to be available to handle these situations. Breakfast was also mediocre, lacking any meat options, the only things available were eggs and baked goods, not great for people on a low carb diet.

The matress was comfy.

Rooms need more/better lighting, especially in sitting area . While breakfast times are posted, it's a bit disconcerting, in the middle of a long weekend, to have staff clearing everything away almost the second the clock hits 9:45. Maybe allow extra time in weekends?

Nice change from the large chain hotels. Convenient access to shopping and highway.

The lifts did not work for one day and we had to walk all the way down from 5th floor. The staff were also giving cold replies

The fact that the room was not cleaned daily. I did not like that I needed to go to the front desk to get towels for my partner when we had none left. While I understand eco-friendliness, when I travel, I like the beds to be made (not necessarily changed sheets) and bathroom cleaned with fresh towels. That was my major disappointment.

We were not able to use all amenities due to a wedding taking place. We had not been told in advance, however, the staff was very responsive to our disapointment, and made it up to us.

I wish that the lobby bar was open, but at least I asked before coming so I already knew that it was closed indefinitely. It looked like it would be a great spot to grab a drink though! There are other options within walking distance at least.

Everything was great. The building and main lobby were beautiful, our room was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, I really enjoyed the breakfast, the pool was lovely and very warm. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Housekeeping did not come to the room to clean or make the bed. If there is a procedure to follow for this to happen, it was made clear.

The hotel was clean, had all the amenities and was very spacious. Location was easy to find and centrally located. The breakfast was good. Adding sliced cheeses and some sort of bacon or sausage would be a huge bonus.

The elevator to the upper floors is a bit of a challenge if you have a luggage cart. You need to change elevators on the third floor to reach the other floors by another elevator down the hall. The room was great except for it had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. We only noticed it when we entered the room from the hallway. After a few minutes we didn’t notice it anymore, otherwise I would have contacted the front desk.

My husband and I attended the national bank open tennis on Monday and Tuesday. The hotel is awesome. I just wish it were a bit closer to the subway system. The hotel is close to good shopping and lots of restaurants.

Le St Martin is a charming hotel conveniently located near Montreal. The pictures don’t do it justice at all. I got the best sleep ever! the bed was comfy and the hotel is quiet.
