The breakfast is very rudimentary.

Rooms were comfy and clean, better than expected! Even if close to the 15 we did not even see it or hear it. Interior pool is very small, but it's definitely better than no pool at all!

As for the breakfast, you should really remove the "breakfast included" item as it is really misleading. It is more like a snack bar and not really a breakfast.

The rooms were really warm and the view was wonderful. We just loved the fire place. And, the coffee machine in the room came out really useful. The staff were so friendly and although we got there a bit earlier, they checked us in.

The internet wasn't stable. Morning was ok but I can't even check the email at evening and night. The bathtub and sink wasn't clean and the sink had drain problems.

The elevators were out of service and the wall that are really thin. You could see the light through the door frame from the hallway when the room light were off.

The hôtel is well located, it's quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and approachable. The pool was okay. Comfortable beds. We had a room with balcony and kitchenette. It was nice that they had plates, ustensiles, wine glasses and cups.

We were very disappointed that the pool was closed (one of the reasons we chose this specific hotel). We had check before booking and their website was very clear that the pool was opened with certain restrictions because of COVID.

the pictures of the room online looked bigger than in real life, I would have thought 38 m2 was bigger. It is a bit far from the St-Sau centre, need to drive, not much to see around the hotel.

Quiet, there was a kitchenette with utensils and plates, mugs which was excellent. The staff was very helpful. Great to have breakfast included, pay on premises is great and free cancellation 48 hours which was perfect. comfortable beds.

Rooms are in need of renovation. Carpet and drapes were stained. Bathtub was almost clogged and bath filled up when taking shower.

The hotel backs onto a busy highway, but it was really not a big deal as when the patio doors were closed we heard nothing!!

We stayed at hotel Le Versailles last weekend, the hotel was clean and it’s location was excellent. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Our room was superb ( executive Suite) with beautiful new Luxury vinyl tile flooring, 2 balcony’s and a well stocked kitchenette. The shower was huge with great water pressure!! The staff was friendly and parking was stress free!! We will definitely be returning again!!

It is Right beside the highway, very loud when on the balcony. If your looking to be in the mountains looking at a ski hill in quiet on the balcony, this is not the place for you unless you like the sound of a highway while doing that. The noise was acceptable when in the room however. - room finishes were sloppy. Dry wall patches can be seen in the walls and poor trim finishings. That’s just me being picky

the AC was a bit too cold, especially during the night which made resting not as pleasant. the bed was a bit hard, but was fine overall.

The carpet in my room was quite stained. The hotel is quite close to highway 15, so there is quite a bit of traffic noise.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The covid protocol signage was present and clear. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.
