The mattresses weren't that comfortable. In both beds you could feel the springs. It would also have been nice if some basic tea and coffee was provided like most hotels/vacation rentals offer.

No closet. I wanted to hang up some of my clothes for my four day stay. Even some hooks to hang items would have helped. But there were none.

The room was really nice overall. However, one day we stayed in our room during day time, a staff entered the door code and entered our room without knocking nor announcing himself. That was a bit odd.

The room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. Walking distance to groceries stores and was nearby restaurants and cafes. Half an hour walk to major tourist attractions.

We didn’t use the washing machine in the bathroom because we found a piece of clothes left by (probably) the last guests, so I think maybe cleaning needs to be more careful.

It’s a lovely apartment with 3 beds and perfect for family or friends travelers, the place is even bigger than I imagine, with a living room and kitchen. And the price is very reasonable!

The receptionist told me that the room was ready when I called but when I reached the hotel they told me to pay extra 60$ if I have to enter the room before the check in. I was at the place with a 2 year old and I wish they were a little empathetic and informative on the call.

The tablewares, pots and kettle are damage and rusted in our room. The coffee machine has great amount of residue. The staff weren’t at the lobby most of time, it’s had to find the staff when we need help

Some small things were missing in the loft, that we had in the previous one - for instance, there was no dish-cloth to dry the dishes, and the dish-soap was also missing.

The correspondence wasn't very good. We had to e-mail them arrival to remind them to send the codes (which they then did). We got an official e-mail a day later with the codes.

the couch cushion would slip down every time we sat on it, since it was a pullout. it was not comfortable. there were also dirty towels in the drier probably left by the previous guests, but overlooked by housekeeping. I contacted the property about it and they replied right away which was nice.

nice location, comfortable bed and nice kitchen. overall very clean apartment. also great that there is a washer/dryer inside the apartment.

It’s 1 large space with the main bed next to the sofa bed separated only by some wooden slats so definitely no bedroom privacy. A little noisy from above!
