The rooms were quite warm with the heating unable to be turned off. Managed this with using the separate aircon unit.

Ease of finding the parking. We loved walking everywhere but it is quite steep and if a person has any type of mobility issues, this may not work for them.

Liked the location in the train station because breakfast was available in the station as was a fine dining option. It was very quiet. We never heard trains. The only hassle we had was in finding the parking but once we found it, we were able to leave the car there all week and get items out of the car any time we needed something.

Great location if you plan a travel with VIA rail. You can wake up only 30 mins earlier before your train. The flat is fancy and modern just as the pictures.

Lighting was not great and the decor was very dark. A few starter basic supplies would be helpful, eg sugar, coffee, kitchen bench wiper.

We were travelling to Quebec by train, so being able to be in the apartment a few minutes after disembarking train was so easy and convenient. The apartment was in easy walking distance to Quebec's many fascinating old town shops and tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, large kitchen with all appliances and huge washing machine and tumble drier.

The fire alarm went off several times one night at around 10pm and then 8 times around 5.30am. Had issues checking in as emails were not sent but was sorted quickly once called.

The location is great. The carparking underground next door is well prices and cost $27 for 2 full days and over night. Kitchen was very well equip and had everything we needed. Very good customer service when called.

Parking could be expensive on a weekday but it's pretty common to most places near old Québec.

location location location. perfect for our train itinerary and our “carless” vacation . what a delightful thing to step off the train and be in our hotel in a minute. unbelievably quiet and well-appointed . we were delighted with the kitchen, the shower, and the bed.

There are great appliances in the apartment but it would’ve been good to have a small supply of consumable to go with them, for example tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk salt and pepper etc. We arrived very late and weren’t able to get to shop to get anything that night so basically had to go without. On the other hand, early the next morning coffee and breakfast was available from the stations cafes located just outside the apartment entrance.

It is a large, well equiped, warm and quiet apartment. in a great central location. The ad doesn’t make it clear that the apartment is actually within the railway station building (don’t worry it’s not at all noisy), and an ideal location for train travellers, but also a great central location for anyone travelling to see the main attractions in Quebec City.
