Two things: 1. A broom in the apartment would be nice, especially for guests staying more than just one night. 2. I would be more comfortable with a dead bolt or chain door guard, as all there is between you and the outside world is a key code.

Location was close to many good restaurants, boulangeries, and patisseries. Easy walk to Old Quebec. Room was very clean, large and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Getting into apartment required a visit to an office a few blocks down the street, where the key code was provided. (We did not have email capability on the afternoon of our arrival.) Staff was bilingual and very helpful. We found easy pay-for-parking across the street.

I’m not a fan of cool white LED lights.

Comfortable bright and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Soundproofed, you hardly hear any noises. Good bed and great shower. Located close to city center. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bars and shops are around the corner.

We rented a two bedroom two bath to accommodate my son and his wife along with his mother-in-law. The bedrooms only have curtains separating the rooms. So, there was no real privacy like we expected. The management explained that fire codes don’t allow them to enclose the rooms in this property because there are no windows in the rooms. We ended up having to rent a third room.

The location was great and the rooms were super clean. We also liked that there was an elevator so there were no stairs.

There are some basic stuff missing like salt, pepper, oil but also something to clean the table after you eat.

The colours of the wall to dark and the bedrooms didn’t have doors only black curtains.

Ir was clean, spacious and quiet. Nice decorated. Easy access to a parking lot.

It was the first time I experienced this (it was not my first stay at the loft Dorchester) but it was extremely hot in the apartment and even by turning off the heaters and putting the A/C on we were not able to bring the heat down. Also, compared to my previous stay, there was a little bit of dust around the beds (like they forgot to vacuum under the beds) but nothing major. The rest of the place was spot less

The location, the comfort, the easy check-in, the excellent service when I asked for items that were missing (there were no rags to clean and dry the dishes, a little phone call and 10 min later it was fixed).

Having only curtains doesn’t allow sound proofing - meaning everyone really has to go to bed at the same time to allow everyone to sleep. But, the bedrooms were nice and dark - good for sleeping

I knew going in that the separate rooms were only separated by blackout curtains, rather than solid doors. It bugged me at first but the curtains were surprisingly good at blocking sound and completely blackout. It would've also been nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms instead of just in the bathroom but other than that, everything was great.

Location was very convenient, walking distance to many bakeries, restaurants. Ample public parking available nearby. The apartment was beautiful and had all utilities/amenities provided. Very spacious for a group of 3 adults and 1 child.

Nothing. I would have liked some communication on where to park as it is my first time in the city, I also would have liked some information on the city itself but was not expected.

Vent was loud.

Location: close to parking lots, groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, in other words, just perfect. Spacious and clean. Laundry facility in the second floor: 2 one-dollar and 2 quarter coins needed.
