Unfortunately the guests above had very heavy steps late in the night.

The hotel is well located, close to the old port and surrounded by art galleries and some restaurants. Staff was very nice, accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast, which was included, was copious and of good quality with homemade rillettes (hmmm!).

breakfast was a little disappointing; cold, and with a lot of rather dry bread and sweets. I would have appreciated a little more protein and maybe warm rolls.

The staff were outstanding: they were all friendly, helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay and had everything I needed. I could not have asked for more.

Clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room closed to restaurants. It’s a little noisy at round 10:00pm because they clean and set chairs. It’s normal in other times. They gave 20% discount coupon for restaurants expense. The food is good.

We loved it and it wasn't an issue for us but it's worth noting that there are steps in to the hotel and up to the rooms.

Beautiful, charming room and hotel in a lovely location in Old Montreal. We loved the look of the exposed beams in the room, and overall the design was a mix of modern and classic. Every person we met working front of house couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They had loads of advice about getting around the local area, and there were lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, bars nearby. They also went above and beyond to make sure that I had a (very tasty) gluten free croissant as part of my breakfast. We would happily stay there again!

It is a very small hotel you do not have a lobby or any balcony to sit and relax

I was in the room next to the restaurant downstairs. The noise from the restaurant did not bother me because I watched TV and the fall sleep.

The hotel was in a perfect location to visit Old Montreal and the Old Port district. The hotel was a unique boutique hotel, friendly staff.

Nothing stood out as problematic. Maybe it can be tricky to unload lots luggage from street since it’s a narrow street. But it wasn’t an issue for us since we had a small bag.

The ambiance was cozy and artsy. Didn’t feel pretentious; it felt comfortable. Staff was lovely and welcoming!

The box breakfast could have been better. The muffin was the size of an ice cube. The croissant was delicious but the scoop of cold oatmeall with no milk was not to our taste. Perhaps some cheese and some of those wonderful Montreal bagels everyone kept raving about. The coffee was fine and the staff also brought a double shot of expresso which we poured into the coffee to achieve the strength we enjoy.

Super location in the old city. The waterfront, Notre Dame and otheer areas of interest were within walking distance. The king eoom was charming with brick walls and a fireplace. The air conditioning was perfect and so quiet we could not hear it. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent.
