Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My stay at the hotel was unexpected. Because of a medical emergency on my cruise ship we had to spend the night in Vancouver. The location was wonderful, we just walked over from Canada Place. We used the bikes and rode around Stanley Park and some parts of downtown. Enjoyed our stay immensely, the hotel was beautiful and the amenities in the room were top notch.

United StatesEverything about this hotel is lovely. Decor is quite elegant. The location is great with easy access to restaurants and shops. Staff members are very friendly & most helpful. Jordan & Ron take customer service seriously. They greet guests with a smile & make you feel welcome. Both are very helpful & truly want to make you enjoy your stay. We will definitely return & recommend Le Soleil to others.

PolandPerfectly located, well-maintained, lovely hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are nice, not small at all, clean, with a separate bedroom, so the second person can sleep peacefully while the first one, for example, works. Free bikes available with a wonderful bike path (wonderful views!) - we recommend it to everyone!

CanadaIt doesn't matter much, but the lack of on site exercise facilities is the only downside. You have to leave the building to go to the YWCA.
It's a nice little hotel, I liked the rooms, comfortable, good size, and a cool theme. Made me feel like I was in a ritzy hotel, without the ritzy cost. Good location, within walking distance of most attractions, and the valet staff are amazing so helpful.
