Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelI've stayed at the Richard's location a few times before over the last few years so I know Level quite well. This was my first time at the Howe location. I know the policy has changed regarding weekly cleaning to biweekly cleaning (wasn't aware until check-in). Having once a week cleaning included would have been appreciated. Lighting in the rooms were finicky, ie: using the main switch to control the bedroom lighting was bothersome. Water pressure in the shower could be way better, perhaps due to the hand held shower heads...
Very clean, quiet, friendly and modern. Would stay again!

An excellent furnished appartments chain, I definitely recommend it to anyone planning a long stay in the city. The hotel has an excellent location, with supermarkets and attractions within walking distance, as well as a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help, I would like to mention Susanna, who was always happy to help and helped in any matter.

United StatesI really didn’t like being assigned to an apartment directly across from a construction site and a highway with overpass. Not only was it an unsightly view from my windows/balcony, but it caused some noise early in the morning with large construction machinery being operated. I had requested months before my reservation date to be placed in a quiet area of the building, but it seems that no effort was made to fulfill that single, major request. I had wondered while there what the back of the building would be like in terms of quietness.
There was no breakfast. I enjoyed having an extra bedroom even though I didn’t need two. It was nice to be able to choose between bedrooms for sleeping. I really enjoyed having a balcony, and a large one at that ! I also liked the heated pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop— very relaxing after a day being out in the city. I stayed at the Richards location twice, but they always had the cover on the pool so that it didn’t seem available, and I don’t think there’s a nice, heated jacuzzi at that Level location, either.

IrelandYou can’t use the pool or communal areas after 10pm. This was frustrating, especially on weekends. Also, the communal working area is not open to level residents until 10am. Not ideal for people working remotely who can’t work in the apartment due to noise or having kids around.
We stayed for 7 weeks from July. Our whole family of 6 absolutely loved this place. The quality of the property and the facilities are incredible. The pool area was amazing and our kids loved it. Location is fantastic.

The location is great, very close to the beach. A few markets and good restaurants are very close by. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated very much the pet amenities outside on the roof. Also the pool and jacuzzi were great.

United StatesThree things were disappointing. First, the lack of control of the room temperature. The smart smart didn't work, and I had to ask the staff to adjust the room temperature. Second, it would be better to clarify how the parking lot works before booking the room. Third, the disposal system for trash was a nightmare. I'll all for it having a system to separate trash, but looking for instructions in the garbage room is not a good idea. If you want the guest to separate the trash, have instructions ready in the guest room. An office area would also be appreciated.
The staff was great, really great. The room was comfortable and quiet.

CanadaThe only issue with which I could not really deal was the cleaning timetable. They provided room cleaning biweekly while there was no any cleaning facility in the room except a dustpan and a broom. We had to wait 14 days for housekeeping without any cleaning equipment, even a toilet brush 🙄 😄
The location was great for having easy access to the city centre. However, you should expect the hustle and bustle of downtown. All front desk staff were friendly and attentive. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Susana and Erwin, who were really nice and helpful.

PolandThe GSA Dara was the most helpful and nice person. Those were our first days in Vancouver after moving there and we needed a lot of help with finding everything and how to do things properly (documents, mailing, finding a job and so on). Dara Morales is professional and attentive, she would open the doors by a button for every guest that she sees, welcoming them with a wide, joyful smile. It was so nice to feel like at home, even being thousands of miles away from it.

BrazilIt's a little on the expensive side, and they have a 500CAD security deposit (which is made clear when booking). But at least in December 2022/January 2023 everything in this building was practically brand new. And the deposit was refunded in 10 days.
Place looks brand new. Nice gym and facilities. Kitchenware was new and excellent quality. Friendly staff. Suzana, the concierge/front desk was so helpful and friendly that I stopped to chat every time we met, and I am everything but a talker.
