The booking process...something happened that didn't register the children in the booking, so we ended up having to pay more when we got there.

Bounce Castles outside were a big win with the kids. Staff were fabulous. Nice to have 3 double beds for my large family.

The swimmingpool was too small for all the people that were at the hotel, and it was too noisy in the evening as the swimmingpool was crowded and it closed around 22h00.

Eclectic design. too loud music in the pool. it was hard to speak and it was hard to bear this for several hours in a row while the kids were frolicking in the pool

It was very crowded and overwhelming at times. The room was a 'normal' hotel room, good size but not exactly a family room. With many toddlers around it would have been nice to have a step stool in the room. The desk swung out to be a table but you couldn't reach it from the couch nor were there any chairs (other than a office chair) With the pool being the main attraction there were very few places to hang up towels/swimsuits in the room.

Nice choice of activities though crowded at times Close to Quebec aquarium. The second queen was a Murphy bed which we loved! Also great that the desk turned into a small table. Great that there were towels at the pool area so you didn't have to take the ones from the room

Buffet had a great selection. Just found some of it was cold. Wish you could upgrade to an all- inclusive option. Food included. The jungle gym area is great but very hot. Would just need a few fans.

I had a teenage granddaughter & her friend & I found the activities were geared more towards the younger children!! Amazing place nonetheless!

My grandchildren had a lot to do to keep them busy & entertained!! Beds super comfortable!!!

Looks like they are struggling with keeping cleaning staff. Hallways were dirty, needed vacuuming but rooms and pool area were very clean. Indoor climber needs repairs and seems not well maintained.

Great family place, food and restaurant decent. Nice little mini getaway with the kids. Excellent family rooms with have three Murphy beds, which would allow for lots of play space for toddlers but separate beds for all.

There seemed to be repairs needed in certain areas surrounding the pool (there were orange cones installed in those areas for guests safety).

Lots of fun activities for kids and adults alike. The room was clean and nice size. Beds were comfortable.

Too crowdy, no waterslides, not enough bogey in the morning for the checkout, it should be bring to the room when you are 5 and more! Need speciality’s cafe!

The music at the pool went on too late. Although the rooms have decent soundproofing, we could still hear the music until 11pm in our room.

I was disappointed that the pool and ping pong tables that were in the pictures had been removed. We had some older kids with us that were really looking forward to those amenities.

That it was geared to children with the play structure, splash pad and games rooms. The kids also enjoyed the activities like crown making, face painting, treasure hunt, etc.

My son developed some kind of allergy from the pool. I dont know if it was too much chloride, but he would complain his cheeks were burning in the last days of our stay. About the meals, just the scrambled eggs need some work - not tasty, and strange consistency and visuals.

The activities by the pool were great. It was great when they left it warmed so we could really enjoy the pool environment. Although I read negative reviews, our buffet experience was great. My son had a blast we we specially loved mixing the mini pancakes with strawberry and chocolate syrup. The great selection of fruits was really positive for us. The room was confortable, clean and well organized.

Saturday night was clearly over booked, the pool was overfilling with people and the only safety guard at the pool went to play guitar on stage. Very concerning, no one was watching the pool and hot tub during that time.

With the amount of families they take, they have to consider expanding the pool. Luckily we were there from weekday to weekend and we were able to use on a weekday but we tried going there on a weekend and felt like sardines swimming in a can. Good thing they have the jacuzzi and splash area for the kids but I think they should consider expanding the pool to make the stay well rounded even on the weekends.

Some arcades, furniture, pool tiles are in the poor condition/ outdated. Also, there was a distinct poop smell at the pool

Whole hotel is very kids- oriented. So if you travel with children, it is the perfect place

Breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced ($90 for a family of 4 with 2 small children). Price for the room was confirmed by email but was more money once checked in.

Awesome customer service. Staff at bar and restaurant were 10/10. Merci Edith, Stéphanie, Gabriel et Marc. The rooms were super clean. Plus not having to walk on carpet is a major point. Beds were super comfy as well.
