The staff were the least helpful. It wasn't very clean and it was way too much money for it's quality.

The bed was comfy I guess.

It was what you would expect at the price point. It was dirty and run down. Although it advertises as smoke-free, my room smelled of cigarette smoke. The furniture is like it is from a thrift store. I had to ask for a bath towel. The walls are paper thin so I could hear my neighbours shouting at each other.

It was convenient to the airport and had free parking.

It is being upgraded but work is poor from looking outside at damaged broken curtains and blinds to poor paint job and just overall shoddy look. Also lack of real cleanliness. The soap dish in my room was a two part thing; the bottom had pieces of old soap in it. When I touched the sink it felt dirty. There was a really strong smell in the hall. I think to keep away bugs. However I did not see any bugs. Also walls are very thin. I could hear loud music. Do not have regular TV channels

The machines for pop and water didn’t work, the walls needed to be painted, the light in the bathroom had no cover on it and the door doesn’t close properly, also there were not enough plugs in the room.

The property is very old and you didn’t get a very warm feeling about it.

We liked that it was close to the airport and cheap as we were only looking for a few hours sleep before we flew out. It was clean as far as we could tell.

The hotel had a funny smell and the walls were in need of repair. The in-house restaurant was closed as well. It seemed a bit pricey for the level of quality.

Comfy beds and friendly staff were the key elements here. Also the location near quite a few fast food restaurants made our short stay convenient.

When we first arrived, we waited about 15 minutes until someone finally arrived to sign us in. When we reached our room, we noticed that the bedsheets had long black hairs as if someone had used the bed. Later in the bathroom we discovered a pair of underwear in the vanity. The television had a streaming service only so local news and weather was not available. Some of the residents were loud. The people in the next room had a loud argument at around 4am. Later another argument in a room further down the hall had an argument that spilled out into the hall. A little later the same people had their children playing loudly in their room.

Breakfast in the attached restaurant was handled, although service was slow but friendly. The location was handy for us because we were there for a funeral. Shopping was nearby.

It was a bit smelly, they were masking it with intense fragrances in the room which was overpowering. Some other guests were yelling at each other, I guess this isn’t the fault of the hotel. It just had a very budget, generally run down feel to it.

The room had a private bathroom with a good working shower, and a complimentary coffee, using the coffee machine in the room.

I didn't like that I had to find the solutions to few problems I had in the room. First, the microwave didn't reach the outlet on the wall need it an extension. I called the front desk. He told me to wait for the manager. One hour passed, I went in person to the front desk. I had to tell the guy please find a extension somewhere so I can heat up my food, why do I need the manager for something that you can do! Finally he realizes and looked for an extension. the microwave does not reach the wall. First evening I moved the microwave on the chair so the cable can reach the outlet... Why am I doing ? Secondly, the toilet's tank started to leak 2 paddles, at night and one in the morning. Called the desk. The maintenance person was really polite and fixed immediately. I just didn't like the manager's manners that when he came to the my room he just open the door without knocking. The manager did not offer us anything for the inconvenience. I asked for partial refund but the Manager offered us my daughter and I a full breakfast for the next morning. I think that was fair. They could do better. No costumer service. Oh one more thing, the tub was dirty, I cleaned it myself with lysol wipes and the wipes were black. Again They could do better.

Location was great. Parking lot was excellent. The picnic tables at the entrance is a great idea. The fire stick plus tv worked well. Internet was good. The wood floor was nice. And the cleaning lady was nice and friendly. She needs to be at the front desk.
