When we were having our showers it was not very hot water. The lady who did the breakfast had to be asked for certain things to be filled up. Also she didn't clean as people left the tables. The front entrance didn't seem to appealing and could use some improvements. Th tv was very static so not a clear picture.

The lady who check us in was very nice and helpful when we were looking for places to eat.

The kitchen left something to be desired. Arrived at 8:30 AM to the kitchen, and experienced limited selection, and out of order drink dispensing machines.

We arrived early, prior to check in time, and the front desk clerk, Krista, was extremely accommodating and had our room prepped early so we could check in after our long seven hour journey to the hotel. The location to amenities was great, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC was a godsend on that hot weekend.

Needs updating and cosmetic repairs.

Unlike the Ramada, the staff were excellent, they had ice, glasses in room, coffee, tea, something to eat, shampoo, conditioner. Room key didn’t work so staff went out of her way to fix the situation. They didn’t charge extra for our dog.

There was an ac in the room but it was altered so I couldn't actually use it, it was so hot I had to go to wal mart and spend $40 on a fan because it was way way too hot in the room. Also the tv was pretty small, its a minor issue but i personally rely alot on the television when I stay at hotels.

It was quiet and the staff were very helpful.

We arrived after 11pm and the number of dudes drinking beer and smoking in the parking lot was off putting. In their defense, their rooms had sliding doors that opened onto the parking lot, so they were basically making the outside space an extension of their own hotel rooms. But were I traveling by myself I wouldn't have felt very comfortable.

Stayed here overnight halfway through a move from the USA. It was perfect for me, my spouse, our dog, our car, and a U-Haul. the hotel had no issue with the dog -- AND CHARGED NO PET FEE! -- or with the U-Haul being parked in their lot. The room rate itself seemed a bit expensive, but not having to pay for the dog or parking AND having breakfast included made this a great deal.

The fact we could not pay cash for the room and had to go out of our way to deposit the money in a nearby bank and pay with a debit card. But, after all that running around the front desk person told us they could have used their "hotel" card to pay for the room so they could get hotel credits for themselves and take our cash payment. What ? The snacks and drinks at the front are paid for with "Cash only" but you can't take cash payments for the rooms. What ? And, to confound the nonsense there is just one entrance for the hotel with more than seventy rooms, but including the entrance there are seven exit points. The access card readers for the exit doors (we were told) were taken out during the Covid situation. And, how long ago was that ? Long walks from the car to the room are not all that welcome, especially at night. We were also told (after the fact) the rooms would not be cleaned every day. We questioned that and were told it was policy but also wondered about clean towels.. We are wary of using the same towels each day. We had to ask for more towels each day and because of our complaining one front desk clerk told us by phone the room would get cleaned each day. BUT, THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. WHICH INDICATES A SEVERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AMONG THE STAFF. I COULD GET INTO THE PROBLEMS WITH TRYING TO PLACE THE ONE CUP COFFEE MAKER NEAR THE LIGHT FIXTURE THAT HAD THE PROPER PLUG BUT WHAT'S THE POINT. Some of these problems pointed out would not be all that serious if the place was modernized to some extent. But, that is another story.

Some of the staff in the breakfast room in the morning were rather pleasant.

Needs repairs shower curtain rod almost falling chokes left unsealed after changing previous curtain rod down light switches cracked and dirty tub enamel is Peeling off tv was horrible worst tv I’ve ever seen. Beds are not comfortable. The price was $109/night not worth the price.

Nice, clean, had everything I was expecting. Quite impressed that the room was very clean and quiet, bed and pillows were confortable, check in and check out were prompt and easy. Front door stays locked at night providing extra safety, which was a nice add on.
