Beautiful, quiet setting. Easy, free bus ride to ski gondolas. Washer/ dryer, fplc, and pool/ hot tub.

For the price range of this apartment, it is strange that parking isn’t included ($25 per night). The building is also quite noisy, especially when people are walking with their ski boots along the hallway early in the morning (before 7am) or when people are in the hot tub (which is open until 10pm).

The apartment was modern and comfortable, the board games were a nice surprise and we loved sitting by the fireplace and using the hot tub (shared with other guests).

The dinning table and seating is odd and if you are working remotely it is not a comfortable space. There is a cold draft in the unit and we couldn't figure out how the fireplace can be turned on. However, a portable heater was provided. Parking does not come with the rental.

Check in process was smooth. Property is quaint and clean. Bed was comfortable. Host provided many essentials in the kitchen which was useful (i.e. cooking oil, sugar, salt and pepper, clear wrap etc).

Lack of simple things , no restaurant on property , so even simple things like coffee for guests , soda water machine .

Nice room plenty of space,kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed.

I had planned to ski but the conditions weren’t good and when I tried to cancel the room six days before arrival I was told I could not. I kept my reservation but I will never book at the lodge again. I would have rebooked my stay at the lodge if I was allowed to cancel instead I rebooked my ski vacation at another place in March.

Accessible to the village, clean and quiet room. The bed was very comfortable. The space was inviting and cozy.

Could have had some tea in the room, or creamer for the coffee. Parking is way overpriced for what we are paying. Should be included in the price of the room which is already very high.

The side of the property that over looked the pool was being renovated and was  noisy when sitting round the pool. The hot tub jets were not work but the water was hot.

Location for Whilster town and lost lake was great, bus stop right outside the property. Rooms very clean.

I did not like the use of codes to enter the room, garage, lockers, pool, everything. Why was the garbage room so far away from the elevator? And why do I have to dispose of trash myself?

The shuttle bus to the village was quick and convenient.

Obviously not the lodge's fault, but be warned that the bus ride back at peak hours (when the lifts have just closed) gets a bit chaotic due to traffic coming down the mountain at the end of the weekend...so it's definitely easier to grab a snack and wait a bit.

Bus stop was right by the lodge, super convenient to get down and back! Also such cute decorations inside the apartment.

Considering the price we paid for our accommodation, I'd expect free top-ups of consumables within a unit (which is the norm). Having to buy trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets whilst travelling is uneconomical as these are usually sold in big quantities. Considering we stayed for 10 nights, this could have been included in the price. Also, additional charges for parking for guests?! I don't think this was well priced, furniture old and the lodge seemed under par. Jacuzzi jets not functional. I won't stay here again.

Reception was kind enough to call a taxi for us which was most helpful.

The sofa bed is not literally a bed and not comfy at all. Vacuum machine filled with dust. Hoody fan in the kitchen is absolutely fake.

A bit far from main village, check in staff not very helpful, needed to punch in a lengthy code to get into parking and door access, a card for swiping would be easier. We couldn’t get the tv to work, no clear instructions anywhere. Took us about an hour to figure it out. Couch in the room was very worn out, bed was small. Also had to take our garbage out ourselves from the room on checkout day… a bit odd, if I’m paying to stay there. Don’t think I would choose to stay there again.

1) Dishes could’ve been cleaned - dirty pots and pans 2) Wifi could have worked 3) coffee was 9 years old!!! 4) We should’ve gotten the actual suite from the pictures that we booked on booking.com 5) small amounts of blood on bathroom door 6) advertised 1 parking stall included - was not had to pay another $50 7) coat closet was full of fans and cleaning supplies 8) stove top had a melted cutting board left on one of the elements - completely melted through
