It’s very clean. In a quiet neighborhood so one can easily get a good nights rest. The owners live there as well and are very accommodating and friendly. The place is very nice and comfortable. Almost feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely come back and stay here again. It’s well worth the money. On a side note I forgot to mention that you’re also just a 10 minute walk across the street to ironwood Plaza which has Tim Horton’s, and some other fast food places. The Tim’s is open 24hrs also. Plus there is other eateries there like Cora’s, and a few others. Canadian Tire, Mark’s and a Sobey’s there too. There is a kitchen that is available in the house to use also. (Another thing I forgot to mention earlier) so you can cook your own food as well. The place is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

A little too far from Vancouver downtown (public transport works well, but you need to plan about an hour each way, Lyft and Uber are reasonable options). Sharing the bathroom was a bit awkward (but Ok, I just needed to keep aware of it), it is a good idea to bring your own slippers.

Quiet neighborhood with acceptable food options within walking distance. Friendly hosts. Comfortable room. It was a good pitstop between the airport and the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. Great value for money!

I stayed in room B, a basic room with a kingsize double bed and a desk to work on, shared bathroom right beside room. kitchen and living room is shared with owners. if you’re looking for a basic accommodation to spend the night this location is certainly recommended.

Noisy because the walls are very thin. Incredibly thin. It seems to me that knowing this feature, the owners could accommodate people differently.

Convenient location relative to the airport. Twenty minutes by car or 50 minutes by public transport. Bus stop - 7 minutes from the house. Area of private houses, safe. The house itself is quite cozy and clean. Thanks to the hosts, they met me even though it was quite late.

The property is a shared house with the owner living in it and the bathroom is shared with the other renters. It is exactly how the ad says but I expected the room to be bigger based on the picture. The picture is actually the shared living room and not a picture of the bed room.

The location was excellent for the purpose of my trip ( work). There is free parking in front of the property. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating.

This is not the standard AirBnB accommodation you might expect. The landlords live in the house they use for AirBnB, so it is more of a homestay. This means that, since it is their house and they are there the whole time, they have their rules on footwear, shower time, time to come back at night, cleaning surfaces, ect. Also, there is not a lot of privacy outside your room even when there are no other guests.

The landlord and his wife have been very welcoming and helpful. They helped me with my luggage and called a taxi the following morning for me. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The shower is big and products are provided. The room and bathroom were clean.
