Very clean, studio apartment with lots of amenities, close to town in a quiet area. Lovely balcony to relax and option for hot tub. Would totally recommend.

Instructions to get into the apartment were wrong so it took a very long time to figure out how to get in.

The fireplace wasn’t working during our stay

Super clean and comfy stay. The suite was really well equipped so it was easy to feel at home. Underground parking was a huge bonus :)

There really wasn't anything not to like about the suite . The bed was a little high but that wasn't their fault I have short little legs.

I like that the suite was homey and that we could go right from our car up the elevator to our room without having to go outside. It was very quiet and if we had any questions I could text somebody and they would always answer me right away.

The mattress on bed was a bit high, but we managed to get onto it!

We loved the large fridge to store the eggs, bacon, fruit, veggies, Yoghurt, coffee cream, etc. that we brought along for our stay. We enjoyed making our own breakfast and light lunches and made very good use of the frying pan, coffee maker and toaster. Cupboards had pots, pans, all necessary utensils, cutlery and dishes. There was even a dishwasher!

The 80$ cleaning free was the only thing I wasn't a fan of. We didn't make any mess at all and it just seems unreasonable.

The blind is broken so it took a bit of work to make it stay up so you can enjoy the view and taking it down was hard too, but otherwise it would be too light to sleep in there with it up. it’s an amazing view so please fix it or simply put up curtains :) We didn’t have any dish rags or tea towels (which is hard to wash the dishes without them) and no extra garage bags. Theres are small complaints but just something to consider to make this even better. These issues would not stop us from booking again… we loved it.

The suite was very very clean. We were really impressed that it was that clean. it was nicely decorated, nice and simple decor. The suite had everything we could have wanted. The suite overlooks the one hot tub so it was very nice to simply step out on the patio to check if there was room in the hot tub. With having two hot tubs, we found it was never full. The parking garage always had spots. The resort is clean and organized. We didn’t deal with the staff too much but when we did it was pleasant.

Absolutely loved everything here. Fully stocked kitchen, with everything we needed. Comfortable bed. We Liked that the property has 2 hot tubs to use. Easy to get to, super easy instructions for getting into the garage and unit itself. Loved the constant communication aswell I would definitely return here no questions asked!!

The parking lot. It was very noisy. No coffee. The fireplace wasn’t very hot. The hot tub needed to be warmer.

The blinds broke when trying to get onto the unshoveled balcony to see the view. We're told that they would be fixed when we left. Very poor customer service, the hotel does not take care of the suite, they use off-site services.. I assume. Had to wash all dishes and take out our garbage, I do that anyway when I stay anywhere.. might as well stay in a hotel if you don't want to clean. No robes or slippers to use when going to the hot tub. The Hotel guests have way more personal touches than the suite. I expected way more for the price charged, will book with the Hotel instead next time. FYI. Where the picture is missing in the bathroom, would be a perfect place to hang robes for your guests.

At least the bed was somewhat comfortable. Did not rate 4 stars, maybe 2.5.

again the actual building was old looking and is appealing but the suite was perfect. I wish we had a balcony with more of a view and a sun exposure

the actual suite was excellent. well stocked with everything we needed. the building itself was tired looking. hallways dark and could use a facelift but we didn’t stay in the hallway!!

Some of the biggest issues: - The second bed (fold-out sofa) was very uncomfortable and wobbly - We were asked to take out trash and wash the dishes in the dishwasher despite paying a cleaning fee - There was a lingering chemical smell in the unit and smoking neighbors outside - Communication with host was extremely unpleasant - we were scolded for not asking about the cleaning requests despite the cleaning fee, the host was extremely unprofessional and kept messaging us days after we have left

- We liked the ease of checking in on the day of arrival, but be prepared to receive lots of instructions and documents to sign before you arrive.
