Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

KazakhstanI was staying for only one night. The hotel withdrew damage deposit 150 cad from my card. It happened more than 2 weeks ago, and I still did not get my money back. I would recommend to pay the deposit with cash to avoid problems with a refund Hotel employees are not answering my e-mails I sent them regarding this question

CanadaIt was too cold in the room. Way to cold. The guy that check the room for the caution was weird. He ask if I was traveling alone. Not a good question to ask a women. And they did not take my debit card so I had to use the ATM and pay the fees.
The hotel is near by the airport and available 24/24. The room was big with everything to stay a long time.

CanadaWindow in room was looking into the dining space not outside, it was loud you could hear everything going on in the hall and surrounding rooms, the air conditioner didn’t work, they never offered to re fill our coffee or water, stairway down to main level is steep angled and dangerous, staff was not friendly or welcoming.

CanadaI did not like the service that was given to us. Rented the jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi was not working nor neither did it have a bathstopper. Complain several times and was often told that maintenance was not on premises. There was also broken tiles which is very sharp in the room and one heater was not working. Also there were 4 pillows on the bed and 2 of the pillows look like they had mold on them.
I like the fact that this hotel is located near a mall, highway, casino and a few restaurants

CanadaIt was run down and well used. They need to replace the heater and the carpeting. But if you can get over the fact that it's well used, it's a great hotel for location. Too bad they don't have a free shuttle to the airport.
I had a great sleep. Comfortable bed, and once my fellow travellers stopped opening or closing their own doors, I settled down to a good rest.

CanadaThe pillows are lumpy or flat. Not very comfortable. We mentioned the tub edging was peeling off and appeared to have mold. Hopefully they fix this. Room was damp when AC was not on. Too bad there is no fan in the bathroom. The bacon at the breakfast buffet was never cooked enough. Every evening on our return to the hotel we had to get a new door key card. Never had this occur before with other hotels. The card key deactivated every 24 hours. Staff were always patient, better than us. Lol
The room was clean, although in need of upgrading. But it was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

CanadaOld interior, half the outlets in the room did not work, AC kept turning on automatically even though I shut it down, we could not sleep it was blowing air at us directly as it was right next to the bed. Mattress was not in good shape, made squeaky noise, pillows were too light. Old carpet in the halls and room, you can t tell if it was clean or not. We picked it for proximity to airport and low price but for its price it is still not good value for money. The breakfast was below average.
