That place is not for everyone. If you're there to party,stay away. If you respect yourself and respect other people's properties, then you can try it.Don't go there with children period.

I left at 7:25, there was no breakfast offered to me. It is a quiet residential area. One needs a car to move around. Nowhere near by to buy a bottle of water.i was very tired, I could sleep.I liked that.

TV channels were non existant

They did not have TV channels. You are required to login to your Youtube, Prime or any other account you may have. Breakfast was not being served although this would not have applied to me because I left at 03:45 AM.

The shower had no soap dish. Very minor really.

The staff was very pleasant and informative. The location was very close to the airport and on the bus route. So any extra shopping was easily done. The room was clean. Ours had an ensuite bathroom with hairdryer. The room itself had a television, a small fridge, microwave and a small table for two with chairs.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. I checked out very early in the morning to catch a flight and he made sure to greet me in person. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

it was very noisy all through night; there were mosquitoes.. restroom is awful, unclean. doors and floor are squeaky and broken.. horrible for the rate. not at all happy with the service .

Dont let the outdated 8.8 rating fool you. 11:00 pm curfew(im an adult i dont need a curfew) No soap in the bathroom for our 4 day stay, mold in upstairs shower Noise from owners “band” after hours Counted 16 people walk out the door for a birthday party while other guests have paid for a quiet room Not enough parking for everybody, had to wait for company to leave to get a parking spot

Hmm...toilet paper was a bit low, and i couldn't find another to replace from the washroom. Thank goodness there was JUST enough. :)

Probably the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in...and i have a gorgeous king-sized at home, and this double bed was mega comfortable.

Not being able to get back inside after 11PM on a Friday night, not even able to go out and have a good night and come back to where we paid for accommodation, having an early curfew for accommodation we paid for is a bad joke.

The guy hosting the stay big old Mac Daddy was a cool guy, it's a shame there's no air conditioning in the rooms and our shower looked like something from a third world country.

room was dirty and dusty washroom was not clean. toilet seat was stained . no hand towels just two small bath towels to shower with. no key was given to my room. guests and owner had access to our room at all times. main door was given an access code that expires at 11pm. no in and out after 11pm. I ended up leaving and driving four hours back home because I did not feel safe. prior to leaving I confronted owner about being able to come in after 11pm and he stated in policy it says that and in fact it does not. I asked three times for key to room and he didn’t provide it. I requested refund as I left because I felt unsafe and he denied my request. bookings.com is investigating. for the life of me I don’t understand why it is even on bookings to begin with. 163$ a night for absolute non sense.. bed was horrible and pillows smell so bad. not clean at all. tv didn’t have cable you have to sign in to your own Netflix,YouTube etc. high price for a 1 star place to stay. also you have to take your shoes off at front door as stated from owner . odd request . would not stay here if it were free!!! beware before booking here. stay somewhere else you will have a better time . 0 stars

No hot water in the shower Bathroom wasn't the cleanest You could heat every noise in the house, we were afraid to roll over in the bed and wake someone Bed wasn't comfortable The only light in the room was a red light There are coyotes roaming the neighborhood Owner must stay close by as they showed up as soon as my partner and I came through the door after midnight. I would not book here again

We booked two nights of lodging. Upon arrival at the door to the property, the property's representative advised "We don't have a room for you." The property manager should have canceled the reservation via Booking.com (prior to our arrival) and refunded the VISA transaction - neither was done. We've created a VISA credit card dispute to get a refund.

I was disappointed with the place it had a 7.5 rating but I found it dirty. Rook wasn't clean. The bathroom had hair in the sink. The bed didn't have a frame and only sat about 18" from the floor and there was no chair in the room to sit and changeThe host was nice and I feel bad giving this rating but I was expecting better for a 7.5 rating.

In a discussion about 'Free Parking', he tapped me on my chest. I told him 'Do not touch me again'. His reply was 'Shut up'. The front screen door is broken. The sleeping pillows on the bed are like balloons and were so large as to lift one's head at an uncomfortable angle. They are not suitable for sleeping. The bathroom mirror is unframed, sits on the bathroom sink, leans loosely against the wall, and is held in place by resting against the faucets. Two plastic body scrubs, not new, were provided. Two empty bottles of shampoo were in the bathroom. There was a large bottle of Strawberry Mint Hand Soap at the sink. Hand towels and face cloths were not provided, but two thin and small bath towels were provided. There is mold on the ceiling above the shower stall. The paint is peeling near the shower stall floor. A soap dish area in the shower stall is now only rough concrete, as the soap dish has been removed. There are plastic screw anchors in the shower stall walls that (perhaps) once held a shower caddy. The shower wand leaks. The mat on the shower stall floor shows brown mold. When I asked for a door key for our room, the response was "You want a key for the room? If you lose it you are charged $80". "The front door code changes every day, I will text you the new code." The first morning he did not send a new code, so we contacted him and received it. The second morning he did not send a new door code. Advertised as 'Free Parking': he has five numbered doors in this house but parking for only three cars. When I said that 'Free Parking' includes the concept of 'On Premises unless otherwise noted in the listing', his angry reply was that the street has free parking. When we arrived on the second night, all three spots were filled, and his car was in one of the spots.

The flowers in front of the house are nice.
