AC broke. Luckily the cool breeze coming in the window was ideal. Mattress a bit sloped.

I found the cost of drinks expensive; $10 for a beer is unnecessary. Overall, I would gladly stay again at the Manoir D'Auteuil and can highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice property in a great location with excellent staff and service. I can't say enough about the staff; they are very friendly and helpful making the entire experience superb. They also have a great roof top terrace where it is very nice to relax over a drink at the end of the day.

Perfect location, right in the the centre of Quebec City, walking distance to attractions and lots of restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious. For the parking, you need to park on the street while arriving, pay a little fee to get yourself some time to check in, then the stuff will give you the instruction on how to go to the nearby parking lot. Overall very nice stay!

Everything was exceptional, the room is very cozy, the staff is very warm, very friendly, they help you with whatever you need, any questions. Andrea was really kind, she helped us with the check in, the parking. We were very satisfied, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks

They charged us for an extra glass of fruit juice which we thought was quite cheap of them as breakfast was included.

When we checked in, the manager told us that breakfast was included in our room rate ($549 CAN). We had plans to try a place near by but decided to get breakfast at the hotel since it was included. When we finished, the waitress said it wasn't. I spoke with management and they said it was not included. The cost was not the issue, it was their lack of professionalism. They said "people make mistakes" but you still have to pay. Odd response when the mistake was theirs.

The room was fantastic and the rooftop terrace was a pleasant surprise.

All the staff were welcoming and friendly, except for a woman at the front desk who seemed to be in a managerial role (I didn't ask for her name). We encountered an issue regarding my service dog. I always travel with my service dog and have never had problems in the past. However, upon our arrival, she informed us that we couldn't stay in the room we had booked. Instead, we would need to move to a room without carpet due to the presence of my dog. While my dog is well-trained in all aspects, including toilet habits, I understood her concerns and respected them. However, she then charged us an additional $120 for the new room. This was unexpected and exceeded our budget. While I understood her reasons, her approach left much to be desired. A more courteous and open discussion would have been appreciated. Instead, she bluntly presented us with two choices: pay the additional fee or leave. Her demeanor was condescending, patronizing, and felt quite threatening.

The location was excellent, making it easy to access various places. While it's situated on the main street, the room was quiet. It should be suitable if you're traveling with children.

I stayed in room 3. There is no full length mirror in the room. My friend was in room 4 and the air conditioner was very loud so she couldn’t sleep if it was running.

We were in the basement and it was extremely musty smelling. Also it was really dark. If I had known that our room was there I would not have booked this hotel. Room #52. It was also very dark down there. The breakfast was very mediocre.

The staff was really nice. Extremely nice! It was in a nice neighborhood. Walkable but in a quiet street.

No elevator. We had to climb stairs to the top floor and there was even a flight of stairs to get to the bathroom within our room. Also, the hotel is located on a street with a massive hill you have to climb and the parking lot is up another hill 2 blocks away.

The staff were very friendly and the room was well-kept.
